β β β β β Came in for consultation at 6.15pm. Called upon to see a male doctor 10mins later only to be bombarded with questions like, how do I get my pain and does it happens not in a friendly manner as though I am faking my medical condition. My first and of course an unprofessional service by a doctor. Looks mature by treated me like I am really faking my back pain Iβm having. Will never return for any medical consultation in future.

β β β β β Came here for my pre employment check up, doctor and x-ray lady are nice, most of the bad reviews here stemmed from the receptionist which I completely agree, never kena myself but saw how rude she was towards other patients, quite uncalled for

We come to them for medical and they are referring us to other people and earning. When we ask for report, they are not even telling excuse and simply ask us to come daily. Morethan 8days ready and havenβt get the report. Daily asking me to come next day. When we call also they donβt attend the phone and have a rude behaviour. This type of centers to be closed in Singapore.

β β β β β Please close the clinic if u dislike foreign people in Singapore coming to ur clinic for medical check up. Pose a simple respect to others. As a receptionist in a service line talk with basic manners.. Worst clinic I ever encountered...

β β β β β Doctor and staffs were lacking in empathy. There was a clear lack of manpower, which was made worse by the late arrival of the doctor. The clinic opens at 8am, doctor only arrived at 10am.
Staff were loudly discussing the late/lack of arrival of the doctors. They were not able to manage the influx of patients well. Staff did not ensure that everyone was wearing their mask properly, even though one patient kept coughing persistently and was later made to take an ART test by the doctor.
Doctor seems dismissive of my concerns when i mentioned my symptoms to him, only mentioning that i had food poisoning.
Really really, poor service and attitude. Would not recommend for anyone who is sick (at 10am when the doctor came there were >30 patients waiting for him).
