First the good: it's a budget hotel and lives up to that expectation. You get a decent facility for a reasonable price. The location is also good and the complimentary breakfast is also something to look forward to. The bad: rooms are only cleaned once during your stay. (Though they say they clean it once every two days). The place had become a mess in a few days thanks to the towels piling up. Despite repeated requests the room wasn't cleaned. The ugly: we were billed wrongly thrice during our stay. This was because the payments weren't getting reflected in the system, the less than helpful front desk manager said. She was less than civil at a few points in our conversation going to the extent of stating "I will deal with you". The staff are inflexible when it comes to accommodating basic requests from corporate travellers. If you are travelling corporate, avoid this place completely.

The room is big and spacious. We have an induction cooktop, a microwave oven, bread toaster, sink, and necessary silverware—a pretty good deal.

We stayed for almost a month in Citadines Mount Sophia, which is a basic and non-fancy requirements service apartment hotel for a decent living. Plus the staff Izzat and Ani from the Reception desk stars!!!! Both are extremely hardworking, multitaskers and have a proactive nature. Shirley from Housekeeping does an impeccable job, not forgetting deep corners, replenishing tea and coffee pods and also remembers special requests once given. Breakfast team Jack and Cecilia are a balance of friendly and discreet but quite prompt in service. No party policy, which is great for light sleepers and families The location is quite central, with several food joints, MRT and bus stops Cons No dishwasher No pool as also mentioned in their description Few of the washing machines and dryers are broken down. Tip...To avoid the weekend rush, best to get laundry done during the weekday. Overall, we would have extended our stay, if only we had got better long-term rates from the reservation team.

Good: Budget hotel in a good location. Bad: Undermanned. Repeated asks for cleaning won't result in people coming up. The water heater did not work when we went there (was fixed the next day). No housecleaning available even after request.

Probably one of the worst places I've stayed in a long time. Made a booking via booking.com and booked due to reviews but I was so wrong in doing so. Checked in and was given room 801 which was so dirty and smelld of damp. Deco was so old and dirty it was like walking in to a room in 1995 old bath shower had all mould round it shower curtain smells of damp and urine. Once you close the bathroom sliding door had brown stains which was right next to the toilet. Air-conditioning was from the 90s which once was white now yellow as was leaking and the smell OMG was terrible. Mattress was so hard woke up with a back and neck pain. Over all a terrible experience. I complained in the morning and was give another room 822 which in all was better but still old deco, no water pressure at all was dripping out the shower and basin Mattress was terrible. This place needs a complete overhaul. And for 5 nights cost 2000 Singaporean dollars. Not worth it at all. Do not recommend and please stay away!

Living here for a month. Conveniently located, and spacious rooms. I definitely recommend Citadines if you are staying for >30days so much more comfortable and convenient compared to hotels.
