★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this shop to get a watch strap fixed for my smart watch. Don't expect any warm service from this shop. No expertise. Gave me some lame explanation why my watch strap can't be fixed and asked me to look for the manufacturer.
Went out to a watch shop near the neighbourhood. Got it done in 5 mins.
Don't waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this outlet on 13/3/22 5.20pm. Lady at the counter - told her to remove my watch battery and she replied no such service there if not changing battery. What’s the point of buying the watch at City Chain store when there’s no after sales service.?!! Deserves negative stars
