β β β β β Went to get my Tissot quartz battery replaced, price quoted was $25 which seems fair. Was told to come back in 15 minutes time, I came back after 10 and it was done. However the second hand was not ticking so after some fumbling with the side buttons beside the crown the second hand sprang back to life!

β β β β β Very disappointed by a Sales representative, visiting trying to find a strap. For our watch. Sales rep doesn't really like to entertain us as mayb his mindset I must purchased a watch for a full customer service experience of the lifetime..

β β β β β I purchased a Seiko Limited Edition from H2 Hub last Sunday. It arrived today in Ireland by DHL. 5 says!!!! Absolutely superb service. The watch is 100%. Well done Joe, what a great company you have.

β β β β β When there to change the strap but a lady sales assistant seems not to be more helpful. She just ask me to come back 15min if she can find the spare part to fix the watch. End up i saw her serving nothing is done on my watch. Will never ever fix my watch there. Worst ever place.

β β β β β Went there to purchase a watch οΌ request for a new piece . But the lady staff refuse to get a new piece and claiming that all the display is brand new (including battery and lens which she doesn't even touch the watch and check)and they didn't allow customer to try on.
Which I went there the previous day she tell me that can put it on and have a look
2days after the purchase the battery was dead. Truly disappointed how would it be I if sent it as gift to someone and the battery was dead . Really awkward

β β β β β Bought a Wulf brand watch online at the start of 2021 and within a week I was sending it back for malfunctioning. Some 12 months later the entire internal movement of the watch has detached from the face. I contacted H2Hub several times via email to nil avail only for someone to finally answer me via their WhatsApp. Thus far they have been "checking my details" for a week straight and still no further communication from them.
Avoid at all cost - fraud of a company.

β β β β β Service was fuss-free, very prompt, and they didn't turn me away or show any rudeness, even though my request was technically free of charge (adjusting the strap of a watch I'd bought from them online). I managed to leave the stall - it's a booth on the first floor of Nex - within a few minutes of arriving, and the male staff member was straightforward and measured the perfect length for my strap v quickly. They're not the chattiest or friendliest, won't make small talk with you, but I have no complaints about the service!

β β β β β My 1st time making a purchase from H2, I did it online & went down to Nex to collect the timepiece. ?β€
After approaching the staff, I was told that I should not come down to collect & wait for their call, before confirming that I have already been called. ?
They also went in multiple times to check & told me that my order has not arrived at their Nex outlet yet, only until I told them the particular model & order number repeatedly & after the 4th time of going in to check. ?ββοΈ
They also did not really bother helping me out when I wanted to check the watch during my visit, & I had to request for equipment to open the package, if not they really would not bother, they would just stare at me & look. The whole service was quite laughable ?
I am only giving it 2 stars because I really love the watch but the service is utterly terrible, worst one I've seen from any sales representative yet
