β β β β β Genki Sushi is one of my go-to favourite places for affordable and tasty sushi. I love their Mentaiko Salmon and Salmon Belly sushi(s). Their salmon is tender, well-marinated and flavourful. Their sauces like Mentaiko, Spicy mayo etc are flavourful too. Their Unagi Donβs sauce is sweet and yummy. Their Unagiβs meat is tender and tasty too. Their Mentaiko fries is good too! Over all: 4/5! Love their standard, and their pricing is considered worth it for their restaurant atmosphere and foodβs quality.

β β β β β Been here many times and usually order the same few things because I really like them. But over time I can tell that the quality of the food has dropped tremendously.
Especially the quality of sashimi has been very disappointing lately. I used to that GENKI was a very good shop but nowadays I do not think so. I would come back again but I hope that they can improve themselves more.

β β β β β My go-to sushi joint for some simple Japanese fare when I have the feels for it. Genki's been around for quite a while, nothing much to rave or complain about. Satisfied at the end of every meal, and that's more than enough! :) Oh, not to mention Genki was always the outlet with the "sushi train", always a nice touch haha!
One star short due to the booking system having connection problems from time to time, leaving staff disoriented and scrambling to ensure customers are attended to at the soonest.

β β β β β Over the years, Genki Sushi has only got better and better. Unlike another sushi at the basement of Junction 8. That's the reason why it is always long queue for this Restaurant.
Fresh and tasty, my choice for a quick Japanese meal.

β β β β β Came in early around 11am for lunch. Single customers were strictly corralled to sit side by side despite the plenty of space available. Customer service was all right, but was disappointed to find out many of the food and beverage options were sold out already.
Food served via train was not covered, not sure how many display posters did the food brush past. ?
Would recommend to skip this outlet for your sushi fix.

β β β β β I have never really sat down to have a meal at Genki Sushi. I recall buying sushi to go a couple of times during Covid and had to stand and savour the sushi. The experience was very good. The ordering of food is super easy using the app and the food gets delivered right to your doorstep so to speak. Somehow it reminds me of Shinkansen in Japan, a sign that I am missing travelling to Japan ? The rice used is very good and even warm when served.
