Went there to go and replace my Bering watch battery. The staff checked my warranty card did the battery replacement on the spot, which is a pleasant surprise. Anyway, I love Bering watches due to its minimalist designs and great customer service support.

I do not wish for other consumers to have similar experiences as me and am regrettably writing this review. I purchased a Bering Watch and had barely worn it. However, the sapphire glass face fell off within 2 months of purchase. When I approached the Bering official store @NEX, the staff said nothing could be done albeit admitting it is a manufacturing fault. The staff gave several ridiculous explanations that I should pay for repair of the defect as it was HIS first time experiencing this and "If only I caught the glass when it fell out". Eventually after much insistence and rejection of the staff's ridiculous excuses, I was told the watch will be taken away - not know what was going to happen to the watch and to simply wait for a call. I later learnt that it will be repaired by Cocomi. However, the entire repair process was a month long. The staff later forgot entirely about the watch and lied that he called when I called in for a follow-up on the status of the repair. Firstly, I am upset and disappointed that the Bering watch did not meet its standards of performance and quality as Bering prides its watches to be of “strong, high-quality material” with “guaranteed durability”. For the amount I have paid, I absolutely do not think it is value for money. Secondly, I am appalled that a replacement or repair was not promptly offered for the defective watch within a reasonable time and with minimal inconvenience to the customer. Lastly, the staff's lapse in customer care, thereafter complete denial and lack of apology left an extremely bad impression on me. I have since written a complaint letter to Cocomi. However, there was no response. It appears to me that both the management and staff do not hold a sense of accountability to customers or take pride in Bering Watches.
