I	Ika Noviyanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stepped into the store and all the aunties saw me but chose to ignore me. I decided to greet them first and went on to try the bottoms i need to alter. After i finished changing, they continued to ignore me. I decided to leave the shop and went to the other shop opposite. Horrible experience and service.

Aunty wendy is super friendly. Had a nice chat with her yesterday before circuit break closure, she had my staff alter my clothes within 1 hour on the spot collection instead of having me wait until May when circuit break over to come collect my clothes , such amazing service!!! But usual waiting time is 1 week , so worth it
s	smg ops on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ paid more than $100 to alter a dress. collection date was delayed by 1 week by the business. when trying on the dress upon collection, the dress didn't fit well (bumps and ripples at back zip area), and the staff gave the excuse that the bottom area is tight. wasn't that why the dress was brought for alterations in the first place??

The rectification was not done immediately, but we were told to go back another day for collection. Though the service attitude was ok, but workmanship is not that great. Went back to check on another pants altered here previously, realized that it was uneven too. Will not return to use their service. On top of that, the charges were expensive.
K	Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed at Clancy poor value of service . Charges are above market high and I do not feel valued as a returning customer. Hence, I’m moving on from them ever since I found a better shop at 1/3 of Clancys pricing.
M	Mark E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter to this shop (which I have used once previously) to have badges sewn onto her Girl Scouts vest. The people serving had a debate in mandarin as to how much they could get away with charging me as a foreigner as they realised I’m not a mandarin speaker, even to the point of one of them saying that it was unreasonable to charge me so much and the other lady insisting on charging that price anyway. My daughter (who is fluent in mandarin) told me about the full discussion afterwards. Very disappointing to see such behaviour. I will never use Clancy again. The shop opposite (who I used for the last 20 years) is much more honest.
s	salted lemon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were extremely friendly, helpful and quick. i went 2days before hari raya and they were able to alter mine n my girl skirt in 2hours. it was a difficult piece to alter and they did it beautifully and quick. So glad I found a fast alteration shop
M	Ms Lingcanbake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tiger den of crooks. A few years ago, i brought a dress for alteration. Upon entering the shop, i ask the lady how much will it cost to alter the waist. I gave her the measurements but she insist that I try on first for her to take measurements. When i was trying, she started putting on pins all the area that was needed to alter and was told later that the price would be $40. By then, my dress was already all pin up. My dress was only $60. I was shock at the price. I paid reluctantly after looking at how all my dress was pinned up and unpinning them would damage my dress. I regret immediately after paying and ask if i can cancel it but she then took $3 off my payment and said that was for admin and return my balance payment. I felt cheated. Certainly u could have tell me the price first? I felt I was manipulated into this whole thing and paid $3 for nothing.
