★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Worse photo shop that I seen. Passport photos if taken just additional few shoots when photo is not taken nice (their rules is 3 times), staff face turned black and not happy. Never advised that only 3 can be taken at the start. Asked me go their other outlet try. When I commented on staff's working attitude, told me she work or don't work does not matter. What has it got to do with me selecting nicer photo?!! Been to other photo shops and photo shops located at HDB, their service standard are even better than this. Allow us to take additional shoots, more patient and really help us choose nicer photo. Disappointed to see such service standard from one that is located here in shopping centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to print just A4 black n white single sided document then pls head to Queensway S.C Ultra Supplies, only charges you 35cents nett per piece and printing quality is good (black and clear). This Click shop at HFC charges the same at a whopping $1.50, and printing quality not as good. Ripoff pls. Service attitude is meh too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 page (1 sided) black & white = $1.5. I was surprised and stunt for awhile. Because of rushing situation, otherwise die die will nvr go here.

Not recommended
Printing of A4 doc = $1.50
Photostating = $0.40
Went over to to print 3 piece of 1 document
Instead of advising me to print 1copy and phostating thr balance 2 copies
Good job in discouraging your customer to visit again
Happily charge me $4.50

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to rush off after sending in my order for a quick print (couldn’t pick up my quick print in time..). Called to send in an unusual request to leave it outside their door as I will only return after they close and they really acceded to my request!! staff were super cooperative that I had to rush off and placed my prints really nicely outside their door. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to print 1x 4R photo for $1 but minimum piece to print is 5. If print less also still $5. Other photo places allow single print for $0.5. At least the staff nice enough to tell me before I actually wasted too much time using their system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18sgd for 8 passport photos - expensive. Poor photo quality, not true to color. Poor service by shop attendant, before I even took a look at the photo, the auntie pointed out that no reprints is allowed (guilty conscious much?). After I mentioned that the color is much darker than the version on my phone, they still can say is my face problem, not their printer problem.
Update: Photos were cut haphardly, only 1 out of 8 is properly centered...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Just to print with colour $8? Staff didn’t even explain properly the prices. I told her that I need print the 2 pages, front and back with colour, and she said that was $2. End up she charge me $2 per side? My total bill amounted to $8!! When I tried to clarify she was just “snappy” and to my surprise snobbish. Printer must have been made of gold. It’s just unfortunate that I was in a rush and needed to print something important. Know of many better printing places and this shop is the worst. Overly priced for poor and basic services.
