Twelve Cupcakes (VivoCity)

i got the red velvet cookies (2 for $5) and they came hot and delicious :) would reccomended that you dont go too late in the day though, as by then most goods are sold out

Bought some basic cakes from them - 3 cakes for $10? Cheapest tasting cakes ever, what a waste of calories - to this brand I say never again.

Twelve cupcakes has really good amazing cakes and cupcakes for a very decent price. Have been a customer many times but avoided giving a review as there's been a couple times I was served very rudely and I brushed it off. But today was completely unacceptable.. Placed a delivery order via grabfood.......... I was surprised when it was the rider who called me to ask if I can pick an alternative as the cake I wanted was not available. Rider was very polite and patient... But in the background I can hear Twelve Cupcake's staff YELLING at him and using unkind words as though it was his fault of placing an order that was not available. She was really really incredibly rude towards someone who was just doing his job, more than the usual rude towards me whenever I come by in person. I work in the service industry myself and having a bad day is NEVER an excuse to show temper in public especially towards someone who is trying to find a solution to her customer's problem. Kudos to him for keeping his cool. It was as though she expected grabfood's riders to know the full menu and prices and expected him to settle it for me, when it should have been her calling the customer directly to arrange it. There wasnt even a knife given for the cake. The box was hastily taped (ive bought many times so i know it has to be taped) and the cake almost fell because of it. Such a shame considering you have amazing food, but terrible in maintaining the bare minimum service standards of being decent human beings.

DO NOT GO THIS PLACE I told shop owner that there is a fly flying around inside display shelf. And she got angry that I complained. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT HERE.

Signature Dark Chocolate Cake did not taste like signature at all! I felt like eating a block of chocolate rather than a real cake... It felt damn jelard...
