Just entered City chain Vivo wanting to buy G shock. I presented my trace together token upon entry, the salesman standing near the far end if the shop rudely wave me out saying he don't have scanner. FYI City chain, my token is issued by the goverment, u guys should do something about it, such a big brand shop don't have/ cannot afford a scanner for trace together? I will never buy any product from city chain again, since i'm not welcome into their shop. Nowonder the shop was empty when i entered.

Got a very nice Seiko Pressage red dial for my wife. Bought from the second level store in Vivo City. When i got home i i noticed it was defective. Hand winding and side shuffling didnt seem to work. It worked after moving the hands clockwise but it could not hold the power and after 1-2 hrs stopped even if fully winded. Put it back in the box and planned to return it. Next day I went back to the shop and they changed it with a new one but this time working properly. They only transferred the bracelet to the new one as i have initially asked for adjustment. I am a happy customer, it's the third watch i im buying from them. Excellent customer service and prices. Congratulations and thanks for helping not loosing money. Following this the next day i purchased a beautiful Seiko Nemo Turtle from them but this time from B2 level shop in Vivo City. The young man seller is a watch enthusiast, knows a lot. He went out of his way by walking me to a money changer and helping out as it was already the closing time. You guys should have him promoted or get him a pay raise. Outstanding job.

Your average City Chain store featuring Japanese brands like Seiko, Citizen, Casio to Swiss makes. Service quality varies from salesperson to salesperson, depending who is on duty that day. If you are lucky, you get good service from one salesperson. I stepped in on two different occasions, served by two different salespeople. The guy was horribly arrogant. On another day, the salesgirl was polite and smiley. Try your luck!

I have similar experience as some reviews i have read here. First time i stepped into this outlet a couple of weeks ago. Although the salesperson did answer my questions, he was somehow disinterested, thinking i wouldn't buy. I immediately walked out of the shop. Not a pleasant experience and i won't patronise this outlet anymore.

Visited the shop a few weeks back, wanted to get a Titus watch for my father. I went into the shop hoping for someone to assist me but I was browsing for about 5 mins with nobody approaching me to help. There wasn't any other customers around at the point of visit timing. In the end, I had to approach the staff myself to ask for help. Was served by one of the male staff who was quite rude. Kept pushing me to get Seiko instead of the brand I asked for. I insisted on Titus but he refused to even listen to what the customer is asking for. Just kept pushing me to get Seiko. He was simply wasting my time and I totally lost my interest to get a watch anymore from this shop. I'd rather patronise other non-CityChain stores if this is how their staff handles customers. So unprofessional! When I showed no interest in getting a Seiko watch, his attitude totally changed to being hostile. Didn't even bother to continue serving me. Is this even a CityChain store or a Seiko store? Shouldn't CityChain stores have many ranges of Titus watches? Why do I see so many ranges of Seiko watches instead? If I was looking for a Seiko watch, I'd have gone directly to a Seiko Boutique which would definitely have a much better selection of Seiko watches to browse and purchase. You guys really changed my originally good impression of a CityChain store in SG. That's all I wanna share.

The staff was so unfriendly and un-attentive. My friend is strolling and asking for a certain watch price that we got kind of interested in. A man with specs senior staff associate, rude and unattentive. Not worth the money or time spend. Take note, They will look down on customer that are just strolling. We initially wanted to purchase the watch, but seeing how uninterested and negligence he is, we immediately retreat our thought to purchase it. And even strolling his phone in front of us. We felt so unappreciated as a customer. Will never go to city chain to buy any watch.
