Pros: Clean sheets Working refrigerator, microwave Great location Cons: Ridiculous deposit and rules Old stained furniture Mouldy walls Room walls were plastered with warnings and house rules, I did not feel welcome at all. Also, you pay $193 just so you can take out your own trash in the morning. And you will comply with this and all the other rules because they keep an absurd $500 deposit and you fear you will never see it again. If you enjoy being bossed around on a holiday, do book a stay here!

Great space for a quick escape, be it a solo trip or a romantic getaway. My only gripe is that the shower does not come with body soap or shampoo. Fan blade snapped halfway as well. Details could use a bit of scrutiny given its cost.

It situated at clubstreet. mins walk to amoy which has good food. it is good place for good drinks and food without the need to travel far. In the middle of little india and chinatown, very good mix of cultural vibes too. rooms were clean and big. it is quiet too to do own work.

Comfortable bed, sofa larger than expected - can fit two small kids. Has not been overly noisy despite the close proximity to the bars and restaurants. Win win. I should point out that we are on the top floor at the back, not sure how the lower units would go. Would stay again.

Was not happy with our stay here. Bed was very uncomfortable, loud noisy construction next door which made Saturday and Sunday mornings unbearable. Front desk staff are essentially non existent. I would categorize this place as a 3 star Air BNB rather then a Serviced apartment. Their policy with the Deposit is also ridiculous. This guy who checked us in took a camera and swept the entire apartment documenting every single flaw in the place. We felt like we had to walk on egg shells to ensure everything remained exactly how it was when we moved in. 40 days after moving out and we still do not have our deposit back...

Super disappointed! Location is good & vibrant with lots of restaurants just find another place to stay. People would access the room without knocking, bed is sooo uncomfortable that we decided to sleep on the couch, they took a $500 deposit & it’s been 2 weeks since we checked out & we are still chasing them trying to get it back!

Very disappointing, unclean and lacking in even basic provisions. Understanding that this is budget accommodation should set a mental image of what to expect but even then this place was severely lacking. Dirty is an understatement, with cockroaches a persistent problem from day one despite myself and my family taking it upon ourselves to bleach all drains and apply generous amounts of repellent and traps. Washing machine had clearly not been cleaned out for a very, very long time with the drain blocked with hair and other rubbish, smelling particularly rancid. No blinds/curtains on any of the windows so blarring sunlight from sunrise is unavoidable. We asked management and they said it was clear from the pictures that they weren't included and offered no help. Not great when traveling with a baby - not sure why the accomodation had good reviews from families. Management on the whole were uninterested and unwilling to help with staff only on site 3 or 4 times across our month long stay. After seeing cockroaches in the utensil drawer my wife and I had to book additional accomodation in a Citadines serviced apartment to survive our final week. This was considerably better quality athan clubhouse and we were only dissapointed that we hadn't been able to book the Citadines for our entire stay. Spend a little more and get something clean, comfortable and we'll managed, it's definitely not worth the slight savings over other places.

un-professional management team. They increased the price without notifying us in advance. To my opinion, they should give at least one month notice for the price increase. Bed is so uncomfortable, it makes us back pain. Housekeeping staffs are friendly and helpful.
