β β β β β Most recommended place to stay if need at peaceful and silent place. Management site is good and quiet approachable. Their service is good. Lease officer Vanessa is very good, friendly and very helpful.

β β β β β TLDR: Avoid this company.
I have had a terrible experience so far with Dash. I have raised all of the issues with the company several weeks ago - if they had been resolved I would not be posting a negative review. I feel I have done all I can to sort this out with Dash first, to no avail. Reasons for 1* outlined below:
1. Fake photos of the room were posted on the website and sent to me personally when choosing the room. On arrival, the room was totally different to the pictures (surprise surprise, it wasn't as nice!). When I raised this they admitted pictures were of a different room.
2. The salesperson outright lied when I asked how many people were staying in the apartment. I actually chose this apartment over another because the salesperson said 3 people stayed there (the other place I was considering had 4). On arrival... it turned out there are 6 people living in the apartment, which Dash knew about!
3. The apartment is in terrible condition. On arrival it was very dirty, messy and crawling with cockroaches. The furniture they initially provided was in a terrible state. The shower is missing one entire pane of glass so that when anyone showers the entire room is soaked. All cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom are swollen from damp and the doors are falling off at the hinges. Sales informed me that housekeeping was done weekly - after arrival it turns out it is given a very light 'cleaning' once every two weeks.
4. The aftersales service has been a disgrace. I raised these issues on May 9th. Had to chase and chase for responses until the support person reassured me that the issues had been raised to the 'support team' on May 13th. Since then I have sent 13 messages and made 5 calls trying to get a response from them. I have received just 3 replies (all of which blame someone else for not reverting to me) and my calls go unanswered. I provided 2 email addresses to the support person on their request, and have been checking Junk and Inbox folders frequently.

β β β β β I have had a really unpleasant experience with Dash, for the reasons outlined below.
1. The prices on their website are highly misleading. When the sales rep eventually reaches out to you, they then claim that those prices are only if you sign on for above a year's duration of lease. Otherwise, expect a quotation that is at least 30% higher.
2. Their sales rep (unfortunately my rep Josell was really bad) was rather unpleasant. Once they realise that you're not interested in getting a long-term (for at least a year) lease duration, they don't bother responding. I tried following up at least two times with her and another rep, and got ignored.
3. Their customer service is possibly even worse. I raised this via their site, leaving an enquiry citing concern that no one was helping me with a query and that I wanted to get a lease sorted soonest possible through them. Let's just say that it's been 3 months now and no one has bothered to respond to my query.
All in all, I've lost my trust in them and would not recommend their services.

β β β β β Let me start with Dash livings super star Mr. James Siega! A thorough gentleman, professional, kind and compassionate. With his help and support have secured an excellent service apartment in the prime area of SG. For an Indian, what more a better place than little India to be! An excellent property this with everything accessible, even God, whose earthly abode is just next to Lyf@Ferrar Park. Have currently booked for 1 month and going strong yet. All the best to James and Dash team. Keep going forward, but always keep in mind that there's something more powerful than money, and that's compassion and kindness! God bless you all! β β β β β Great option for rental in SG. The whole team is nice (specially Evan, the unit manager Jeremiah and the housekeeper Wendy!).
It took almost one month to get my deposit back, but the overall experience was fantastic!

β β β β β I initially signed a six-month lease but ended up staying for 4.5 years as I enjoyed Dash Living's service so much. The apartment was well taken care off, proactively upgraded throughout my stay. Defects were fixed immediately without discussions and questions asked. My housemates throughout the years were well picked, which created a nice dynamic in the apartment. Never had any issues. But what really stood out was the service by Dash Living's people. May, Jeremiah, Wesley, and the wider team went out of their way to make my stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. I felt well looked after and can recommend Dash Living to anyone who is looking for a pleasant short or long-term stay in Singapore.

β β β β β I stayed at Furama City Center with Dash Co-living and it was super amazing. Desmond was very prompt is response and patiently attended to my ever changing plan. Smooth and easy transaction, what-more, stay in a hotel at the cost of condo master room!
The hotel itself is center of the city, very clean and staffs are welcoming.

β β β β β Highly recommended for the service to engage this company. The leasing Officer's Kelly Wong was appointed to handle my searching for rental unit. She was helpful and provide great service by understanding my need for the house rental. No doubt the cost slightly higher a bit but to me we pay for the service.
Best no need to deal with those lousy agent in the market. Even we have cancelled the appointment for viewing and she still follow up the case closely and arrange the viewing that suit my schedule.
Really appreciate and sorry for her off day was affected due to our busy schedule. She never complained even need to do the work on her off day. Appreciate your service and keep up the good work.
The service do not end after signing the lease. She still constant provide the support to link up to other department for our clarification.
Once again, very very good working experience with Kelly. Now is tenant market however you are humble and friendly.
