I stayed here for a month. The hotel is well laid out with excellent facilities like gym, party area, swimming pool, outdoor workout corners, well lit ample number of tables with power points for working on laptop and lots of sofa sitting arrangement for entertaining visitors and a Starbucks coffee machine.. the garden is breathtaking and spread over a few floors! It’s squeaky clean with very polite and helpful staff . Well located with bus stops, MRT, convenience stores and an infinite number of eateries within walking distance. If you are a person who likes to cook a few meals at home, certain categories of their rooms do have a well equipped kitchen with a dual induction, chimney, double door refrigerator, convection microwave and high quality utensils and cutlery. The breakfast included with the room is delicious and wholesome. In short, you will be well looked after?

Clean & Chic. Staff are friendly. Sustainable hotel (thumbs up). Located in CBD area, very convenient. Rooms are decent with CBD view. Check-in was a bit slow, keycards were not configured correctly hence there were a couple of incidents were we were unable to access lift and rooms. Kept going back to reception to re-register the keycards. Entrance is by the side, right in front of taxi drop off / pickup. Signage could be improved as it is not too obvious.

Stayed for 6 nights and absolutely love it! Would have stayed long term if not for the exorbitant parking fees (~$60/day on weekdays). Best for people who work in the CBD or travellers who like the convenience of being in the city centre. Who don’t drive. The modern room is sparkling clean in very new condition. Pool is beautiful. Some areas within the property are undergoing some works but didn’t really affect me much. No noise or disturbance. The fire alarm rang twice during my stay, once in the middle of the night, and the announcement was annoying and repetitive (hello, we got the message the first time). Could they use a soothing music to inform guests of a possible emergency and blast the annoying alarm only when it’s seriously time to evacuate? But apart from that my stay was great. The housekeeping staff was real nice and ensured I got everything I needed when she came to clean the room. The front desk staff were also fabulous and very helpful, one of them went out of his way to hand me my delivery package when I was waiting by the pool. There’s also a nice garden on Level 17 with a very busy restaurant. Would be nice if the property allows pets.

Really nice place to stay across the CBD area in case you want to stay closer to marina aream just 10 mins walk to the bay area where you can have a lovely walk. Coming to the hotel it's nice and plush. 1 BR apartments are really nice. The studio is way too compact and stuffy. We had to request a room change in between. They don't have their own restaurant and you have to eat at a restaurant on ground floor. The menu is super simple and we don't have any great options to choose from. The pool is super luxurious and at 9 the floor , open sky. Quick call out is that , the entire hotel has almost a self serve model where you have to get your things done. Carrying luggage, fetching water etc. Overall a good stay.

It's my birthday staycation, front desk is cold, no greeting no warm welcome even they took my IC and saw my birth date. (First time no cake to my room, first time in my many birthday staycation )1 bedroom Premium room is small, kitchen small but bedroom is Big. Before I am too happy to see bidet but the water flow is too small. No Nespresso machine, no washing machine even it is the most premium room. The location is great but during weekend most of the shops and eatery are closed so we expect Nespresso machine. During weekday it's a supreme location to stay...market place hawker is just next door. Endless eatery and lot of Starbuck outlet. MRt is just opposite one raffle place Mind u parking is not free fm hotel. No bathrobe in the room and the swimming pool is on the lobby floor, gosh u know what I meant. But the lift is impressive, just tap yr room card and u be assigned the lift and no need to press the floor in the lift. Lastly most annoying, I gave the same fair comment in expedite that I booked thru and this hotel choose to delete my comment, laughable and I am pretty offensive . Will I return the stay? I' check min stay is now 6 nights, and the prices had rocket, my premium 1 bedroom rate is now the most basic room rate...so I will not . If I do misses raffle place, I rather stay at ascott raffle place, bigger space and better amenities such as basis Nespresso machine, bathrobe and bigger room size and of course bigger dinning table and larger kitchen and of course washing machine and a bathtub coz the list go on.

The serviced Apartments are almost new, and hence very well maintained; spot on cleanliness. Sufficient bedding, good storage space with enough shelves, drawers, cabinets for shoes, and also in the kitchenette. The kitchenette has an induction stove, with provision of utensils and cutlery. However, no basic pantry items are provided. Since they don't have a restaurant, they have tied up with a cafe in the same building at ground level 1. However, it has very very limited options. And it only operates on business days, not weekends. Tough for vegetarians, unless you are happy with yogurt and muesli. A main issue is changing lifts to reach your room; the building's main lift doesn't take you directly to your floor.

Stayed here for 1 week in April. Would NOT recommend!! There is construction works going on directly outside, next to the Morgan Stanley building; they do construction through the night so as not to disturb the offices during the day! I had not one good nights sleep. Hotel held a fire drill at midnight on my first night, and the other 6 nights consisted of cement mixers, drilling, digging. They attempted to overcharge me for laundry, claiming I’d received an express service when in actual fact the laundry wasn’t even received within the time frame for a regular service. Reception wasn’t interested when I reported the noise each night. Just offered ear plugs. Manager did not follow up despite my requests for them to come to my room and listen. When checking out, I overheard another guest requesting to be moved rooms, as she didn’t feel β€˜safe’ in her current room due to an β€˜incident’ the hotel was covering up. The hotel is very new and there is clearly also works still going on within it; guys still sealing panels in the hallways, workers up ladders in the ceiling working on ductwork. Has the potential to be great, given its in the centre of the financial district and the outdoor pool and gardens are beautiful, but if you want sleep, AVOID staying there!
