Utterly useless - they are basically thieves who are more than willing to take your money, but never, ever follow through when they have made a mistake. Appalling customer service. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Worst company to deal with. Shipment took 6 months and valuable items got 'lost'. No response or customer service after conract is signed. No response on lost items and getting ignored via email, phone

Absolute horrible service. Do not ever move anything with them. They treated me poorly, took forever to deliver, lost some of my packages. Refused to pay insurance for months. I had the worst customer service experience that I have ever had in my entire life. Everyone lies, they are always "on lunch" when you call no matter what time of day. They have been absolute scammers and liars. I am still trying to get money that is owed to me from them, it's been a year!!!. Worst company EVER

I have been waiting for my shipment from Singapore for three months to the USA now. How come you don't update or follow up my shipment? You don't answer my phone and WhatsApp. I can not understand what you are doing now. When can I get the shipment that I sent on June 14?

Hi, the company sends you a link to their quotation. However once the transaction is in progress this link will no longer work and you will have no proof of agreed costs. I was smart enough to take a screenshot. They later sent me a confirmation of fees that I was supposed to sign. I didn't as the amounts were wrong (deviating from original quote) and they acknowledged their mistake. At the end still charged me the inflated amount on my CC and refused to refund. They didn't insure my goods even so it was agreed while charging the cost for insurance. I was quite surprised that my goods were not insured and I was left alone with the damage. Happy to pay a bit more next time using a company with good reputation.

Avoid at all costs. Moved from Singapore to SF, took almost 6 months for items to arrive. I will list the sequence of events: Got quote from them through a aggregator website and follow up from their sales person. Very competitive price and did my research on them and on a few websites had positive reviews, I would probably think they are fake reviews since my experience with them was terrible unless they are better within Asia. Was quoted 8-12 weeks which was reasonable. So first bit was fine, organised the people to collect the items and they were on time and seemed professional. However after that I get a call from the customer service person demanding that I pay the full value when previously they said only 50% was normal. She said that her management had changed the terms and not paying it would delay my shipment and I couldn’t get my stuff back without a penalty. So I paid the remaining balance reluctantly. Then for the next 4 months, my items were in a Container in Singapore waiting for other customers to fill the rest of the container where the customer service person would only even respond by email with 1 line answers telling me that they are waiting for their management to approve sending the shipment. Don’t even try to call them since they never pick up. Interestingly enough, on their website they have an on time promise and say that they don’t consolidate shipments but they do not follow either. I also had the sales persons email but he didn’t respond until I started copying in the CEO however he also realised that the CEO did not care about his customers and did not reply in about 60 emails. Finally my shipment left Singapore and arrived within 2 weeks and was with the US delivery agent. However, the agent here could not release my goods because links did not pay them for the service. You could not make this stuff up. So for the next 4 weeks, I emailed daily and even lodged a police report for them to even respond to me regarding my shipment. Literally for the last 2 weeks, not a single response but the agent in the US confirmed they finally were paid and also told me that I was not the only one who was not getting their shipment. That company said that they will never do business with Links ever again. My advice is that save yourself the headache and wasted time of trying to contact these crooks and go with a more reputable outfit.
