Don’t even bother - complete waste of time and money. I saw Dr Lan once and she showed no interest in understanding my symptoms. All she did was to spend literally 10 seconds listening to my symptoms, 1 second to see my tongue and another 0.5 second to touch my wrist - supposedly that was to check my pulse which is THE MOST IMPORTANT approach in TCM to understand your patient. After these, she just focused typing on the computer and couldn’t tell anything constructive. I was SHOCKED. If I did not ask questions, she would have sent me out in one minute - this is for a ‘senior’ physician who charges 28+. Then I took home $77+ worth of powders which I don’t even dare to take because I had no faith in the doctor. I actually checked all the components in the subscription online and at least two are not suitable for me (i’ve seen other doctors so I roughly know what I need). Also to make it worse the staff was demanding and not friendly. I’ve been seeing TCM doctors elsewhere and only switched to Eu Yang Sang because of their reputation. And I’m completely disappointed.

expensive but useless medicine for my father's constipation. took consistently for more than 7 days and still not working. Called to ask for advice, referred us to western doctor instead!!!???? seriously!!!!

Thank you very much to the experienced doctor here who had helped to heal my shingle and also heal my sister's stomach pain. Went in on Sunday and greeted by the concerned doctor who really have the intention to heal patient and understand the causes and symptoms. Thanks to the medicines too! Good job doctor and friendly nurse! :) :)

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. Not my first time bringing my child to Eu Yan Sang TCM but first time coming to this outlet at WWP. Over phone made an appointment and informed counter staff that my child has Covid before and wants to see TCM due to his recent on and off dry cough. Was asked to do ART before coming. Upon arriving at the clinic, shown the ART Negative result, the counter staff heard a few coughs from my child while I am registering and immediately suggested that I shouldn't have bring him here. Counter staff even highlight that we should go back to see a doctor and probably do an x-ray. They should have rejected us upfront when I mentioned that my child had gotten Covid before. And we did seen GP before this, I just thought of trying TCM as we feel that the western medicine is not really helping him. Eventually, did not see the TCM doctor. I am sure they are very wary about Covid cases, they even made me sign a form to acknowledge the referral to a GP clinic. Totally wasted the trip to come down. If your child had been infected with Covid and happens to be in the age group of below 12 years, I think you can give TCM a miss.

Bought abalone and chicken Essence during the Chinese New Year period. The promotion was really good and the staffs were very helpful. They even gave me free gifts during this promotional period. Awesome service!
