Dr Dean and his team very professional and most importantly my problem has improved so much.

Experience with the reception is ho-hum but Dr. Aileen Seah is very personable. She personally goes out to the waiting area to invite you to her office, answers your questions with patience, and is real easy-going.

Very poor in response and support from the admin side. They don't seem to have a proper protocol to handle and arrange for appointments. The doc is late and delayed an hr later to conduct a video call of a review consultation with my husband. I will not recommend this clinic.

I won’t go back to this clinic ever again and I warned all friends and relatives not to visit this clinic if they don’t want to get robbed/scammed like me. My appointment was originally scheduled on 3pm and they asked me to come earlier (2:30pm) but I still have to wait until 3pm plus. They made me fill up some papers and e-form, no explaination about the fees prior consultation. The consultation was smooth and efficient, doctor asked me to do a scope. I was comfortable with her, but after consultation the problem began to rise. I’m under insurance (which I already told them before consultation) and when filling up e-form using their apps during registration. Inside the apps (e-form) there’s also the option to choose my particular insurance provider. This means they’re familiar with it. They were aware of this and even helped me printed the claim form. But *AFTER* the consultation, when I asked them to fill up the form for me so I can claim (only 1 page) which only to write the diagnosis and treatment that has doctor’s signature and chop, they said there’s a $50 charge for this service. I was shocked. Why they didn’t notify me when I registered? Why they didn’t mention the $50 when they handed me the claim form they already helped to print earlier? I asked for a doctor’s memo instead or even just a chop will do, but the nurse said also same pay first $50. What the hell?! For the past 8 yrs I’ve been under this private health insurance and seeking medical treatment to various specialists in 3 Parkway hospitals in Singapore (Mt E Orchard, Gleneagles, Mt E Novena) I had never been charged any single cents for asking the doctor to provide any information for my insurance claim, not even once they ask for money like this. I called my insurance hotline which is in UK but they took so long to clarify with me and I was late to pick up my daughter at her school. I don’t want to waste my time begging and debating with these heartless people who are very money minded and not having good hearts and sincerity to help a sick patient like myself. Asking to pay $50 for a doctor’s memo/chop? What a way to be rich.... Oh btw, I already cancelled the scope plan with her of course.... can keep my $50, you’re welcome!!!!

Dr Aileen is one of the most caring doctors my mom have! Her staff will go the length to make sure all is well. She does not rush you and actually listen. Expect some waiting time because she takes time with her patient. Thank you Dr Aileen!

I was referred to Dr Dean Koh and I am thankful that I was introduced to a really nice Dr! He is one of the most skilful hands around. It was a big surgery that lasted 5 hours and doctor handles it with meticulously with great care. He patiently answered all my fears and doubts and check on me everyday, Saturday, Sunday and even Valentine day, sacrificial spirit of a awesome healer with a heart of gold!. My recovery was well and on track and I would like to thank all the Dr Dean Koh, his nurses and clinic staffs for working hard to bring me better health! I could walk around comfortably on the 3rd day n pain was almost gone! Nurses and clinic staffs are extremely responsive and efficient. Totally caring and polite. I felt so thankful for all of them! Dr Dean worked with a very skilled anaesthetist Dr Seetho. She’s a pair of calm and stable hands, with great skills. She found my mini veins easily and not much pain. She positioned my drip in a very comfortable position. Thank you for the sublime work and TLC you’ve given to me!

Doctor Cheryl Lau was my mother’s surgeon and consulting doctor. She was very approachable and patient; was able to offer very good professional advices and took the time to explain every issue and treatment methods. She was always ready to help address all the questions from my mother every visit. Most importantly, my mother was able to have her colorectal issues fully treated within a short period of time. I’m hoping the clinic gives me a reason to change this review, but I’m not expecting it. The doctor was ok, but the admin is so bad that it’s not worth the effort. They were super fast to get me in as a new patient, but once you’re in, good luck. My appointment started 45 minutes late, and then once it was done, I waited 45 minutes to pay. They called me 20 minutes later to schedule my next appointment. So more than an hour to check out after a consultation, and a 2-hour process for a 15-minute consultation. Not great. The next business day, I called with a follow up question about my condition, just asking if I need to come back to the clinic earlier than my next appointment. It’s now been more than two days, I’ve called three more times and sent an email, and have gotten no information at all. I would give an extra star for the doctor, but now can’t seem to get a hold of her. How can I expect medical care if the admin can’t communicate with the doctor or with me?
