5 Stars for Wendy service 1 Star for lousy receptionist service There is a lousy attitude staff; a black sheep for this otherwise perfect gynae clinic. Not the first time need to endure rudeness.

Dr Wendy is amazing, I got my daughter with her help. During my preganacy she was so nice and compassionate with me.Everyone in the staff was also very nice. Thankyou so much :-)

Lousy clinic staff. They got my name very wrong despite not many patients in the waiting room at the time, the staff are so un-coordinated as to try to take my weight and blood pressure two times (despite the machines being in clear view in the patient waiting area), and yes the clinic staff are unfriendly. It was my first time there and they asked me for my test results. I said which test results in particular? Staff looked irritated and scowled at me. How am I to know what test results to bring if they didn't tell me to bring test results beforehand or even specify which test results? They also talk VERY LOUDLY to the patient (I could hear every single thing that was spoken to other patients), yet they talk softly to each other (possibly gossiping). So if u value your privacy as a patient, do not go there. The doctor herself is ok, but since I had such a lousy experience with the clinic staff and they obviously can mix me up with some other patient, I will never go there again. Oh, and I told the doctor I didn't bring the test results and she said no problem... So I got scowled at by the clinic staff for nothing. Extremely lousy service for a high price, and I left feeling angry.

My wife delivered 2 kids with the help of Dr Wendy in 2018 and 2019. A very calm and patient female gynae. Unlike other reviews, I don't find her receptionists rude - I find them highly efficent, clear and direct. I highly recommend Dr Wendy.

Don't let the poor reviews deter you. The doctor is really fantastic. She's patient, polite, knowledgeable and shows such dedication in her work. As for the receptionist they can be a bit strict but it's not as bad as other reviews mention. Price wise it's a bit on the higher end but it's understandable given the quality of consultation you are getting.

Bad experience with Dr Wendy Teo. I still suffer from nightmares with the terrible cesarean section happened 5yrs ago. I had infection from the incision during labour with contamination of my child's cord blood that made it impossible for me to preserve it. Is very rare for Cesarean section to contaminate cord blood,and it shouldn't have happened. Due to this infection from the incision I have taken countless antibiotics which cause me to have countless rashes on the stomach from allergy reactions, I itch for months, unable to sleep well, worry for my baby who had loose stool after breast feeding. I cried every day and night. Worrying for my conditions as well as my child. The stress I gone through had almost got me a postpartum depression. over the years, the incision site will still hurts from time to time with nightmares too. I had a very unpleasant labour experience with Dr Wendy. Aftererall she think this problem can be resolve with an 50% discount of her treatment which is around 2600 Singapore dollar. She handed me the letter when I was not even fully recovered. Such a irresponsible doctors

I would like to thank Dr Wendy and all her staff in the clinic for your amazing service towards my mom! Last year, during end of July my mom called her usual gynae due to extreme pelvic pains but was told to book an appointment after heightened alert a mth later as he could only take in pregnant patient. Luckily, we were introduced to Dr Wendy who immediately told my mom to come in the next day after hearing about her symptom. Throughout the various checks and scans, Dr Wendy has been very reassuring and offered much support to my mom. We are very grateful to her as the whole process was expedited and my mom could start her cancer treatment within weeks.
