G & L Surgical - Lipoma, Hernia, Piles, Gallbladder, Colonoscopy - Gallbladder

G&L Surgical is truly awesome & exceptional! Would highly recommend!! My mom who has multiple underlying health conditions needed a gallbladder removal surgery recently and we had 2 main concerns to address: • Her immense fear of having to go through the whole procedure from consultation to the actual surgery. In light of this, it was of paramount importance to search for a doctor that she was not only comfortable with but was able to wholeheartedly trust. • The cost of the surgery was also another consideration as my mom does not have insurance coverage Through google search and after many recommendations, I reached out to several clinics to share about my concerns. Unfortunately, most clinics did not provide any cost but requested my mom to consult their surgeon first. This was despite me having told them that all the necessary tests had just been completed through a gastroenterologist. Ms Lisa from G&L Surgical was the only one who called to better understand my mom’s diagnosis from the gastroenterologist and she had also given me an estimated cost for the surgery procedure. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the total estimated cost she had provided at my requested hospital, Mt A. She showed genuine concern of my mom's fear and worries. Super helpful and kind lady! During our first visit to the clinic we were warmly welcomed by the team! Every single staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and approachable. We did not have to wait too long for our turn. Dr Ganesh was amazing! He totally won my mom over! He was humorous, compassionate and very patient with my mom. He even got her laughing and warming up to him before giving her options and explaining how the surgery was going to be. He was trying his best to converse with my mom who can only understand hokkien and a bit of mandarin and Whitney was there throughout to help with the interpretation too! He had put my mom so at ease and gained her trust so much that she immediately made up her mind to go ahead with the surgery. I must salute to Dr Ganesh’s surgical skill and his excellent bedside manner! The wounds were all so neat, clean and small! My mom felt minimal to no pain after the surgery. We really can't thank Dr Ganesh enough! In addition, I would like to give my special thanks to Whitney for her help rendered to my mom during pre and post surgery. She was very gentle, caring and extremely patient towards my mom. She even went the extra mile and promptly replied to my texts despite it being after office hours or on the weekends. Once again, a big thank you to Dr Ganesh and his wonderful team for your great personality and engagement with the patient!

G&L surgical is exceptional, whoever the staff, they are all professional but also super friendly which is always important for patient. They have a strong and reliable organization, whatever the step of the process, the 1st appointment, the surgery, the after surgery, they are constant in the perfection. Dr Ganesh is amazing, his skill in surgery reflects the wonderful human he is, and this is exactly the same for his staff, Whitney, Ann and all the others are exceptional, I stronghly encourage everyone with needs, to approach G&L, and I wish them the best because their totally deserve it. Consulted Dr Ganesh in Nov 2021 regarding the treatment options for my carbuncle. He meticulously went through the pros and cons of each option --- I could either go on an antibiotics course to reduce the inflammation, or undergo a day surgery for a more thorough solution to the problem. After careful consideration, I opted for the latter. Although the post-surgery healing process was both agonizing and frustrating (imagine having to change the wound dressing daily for more than a month! Not forgetting the weekly follow-up visits to the clinic....), I am nevertheless truly satisfied with my decision, as well as the doctor's recommendation. My wound has since been healing nicely. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr Ganesh for his professionalism and commend him for his friendly demeanor. Special thanks also to Whitney and Ann Irene -- the clinic staff who are always so helpful, welcoming and smiling!

I visited G & L Surgical Clinic in January 2022 and underwent the day surgery to treat abscess on the same day. My wound has since been healing nicely. Many thanks to Dr Ganesh and his team who were attentive, professional and patient throughout the whole process. Special thanks to Whitney who has changed my wound dressing daily (including Sundays and CNY). Also, thanks to Ann and another friendly nurse for handling my insurance claims without hassle. Wonderful experience with Dr Ganesh, Lisa and their team. He was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose G & L and would highly recommend to anyone. Dr. Ganesh is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but was comfortable speaking with at every appointment. Five star all the way. I went in without an appointment, in terrible pain. The staff members were kind, attentive, understanding, professional and did everything in their power to help me as soon as they could. Liaising with my insurance, finding a surgery room and a bed within minutes. They kept me informed about the process while I was waiting. Doctor Ramalingam was upbeat, friendly, positive, empathetic and very knowledgeable. The operation was a 5 star success, with minimal down time and minimal scarring. Highly recommended, with heart-felt gratitude.

Thanks everyone for putting my mind at ease at my first health screening :) This was a smooth journey from start to finish. Dr Ganesh is very professional and helped answer my queries. I took additional health screening tests and he also went through that with me which I found that to be helpful. Looking forward to the follow up in 3-6 months time. Ann was also very friendly and very helpful in dealing with my administration matters. The clinic assistants were also very friendly!

Dr Ganesh himself is very personal and warm. The team is also professional and they do provide the -go- extra- mile service to ensure you experience the best. The staff would assist on the insurance checks /claims to make it hassle-free. My family and i feel assured of this clinic, certainly in good hands!
