Went for flu and sore throat issues Highlighted to doc have lots of green phlegm. Asked for but said no need antibiotics. Flu recovered. Sore throat worsen after course of lozenges and phlegm medicine completed. More phlegm. Can't sleep well few nights becos of cough, getting up to discharge the mucus and phlegm. Fatigue. Past docs will give a course of antibiotics for such situation and advised to take it if necessary. Waste time and effort. Visited another doc today.

Bad experience....website stated close at 1130...but when i come at 1105...ur staff tell me its close...F

Dr gave prescription as 1 tablet, twice a day, nurses wrongly indicated as 2 tablets, once a day. I noticed that only when I buy the medicine again. Dr told me both ways can!!! NO apology at all. That theory cannot convince me. Will never go to this clinic again. I put 1 star but the total point still shows 5stars when only other 3 said good. Anything wrong with the system?

Wife went there in pain and forgot her insurance card. Since we stayed nearby, I went back home to get it. In the meantime the admin person refused to let her see the doctor even when she had a picture of the card (anyway card was on the way and she only needed the information on the card). When I arrived I asked why she could not see the doc first as she was in pain? Her answer was that my wife did not inform her. Don't people go to see a doctor when they are in pain??? Must one explicitly mention it to see the doctor? And by the way, she was the only patient at the clinic. Apparently, the admin card was the priority. When I arrived with the card, she just took down the details on a piece of paper. Again I asked her my wife is in pain and you still won't let her see the doc and would rather prioritise her admin process. I was duly ignored until I made some fuss and she said ok...you can go in. You are number 2. When I saw the doc and informed it, he just brushed it off and just asked what was the issue with my wife. Anyway, this clinic has lost its way. No empathy for the patients. Avoid at all cost. I wonder why they got into this profession in the first place.
