Went there to remove gel mani. Poor job done with Mani still left at the sides of my nail in almost half my nails.. disappointed

Went there for the promo 1 for 1 . And the catch is they try to intensely hard sell you the package even after I said No so many times ! I felt very awkward after saying No to the package like 20 times liao.

Done my manicure and pedicure today preparing for Christmas, love the design that they recommended. very friendly staff and meticulous in her nail work. Highly recommended. Also if you like a personalised experience and cosy atmosphere, this is the place ??? Nice comfy salon with creative nails at reasonable price❤

Towels used by previous customer not replaced for next customer, hygiene issues. Good reviews left probably by their own staff using same name (switching between first and last). Very pushy to get every customer sign for membership. Not professional. Strongly encouraged to check T&C before using their services. V unlikely will return, will share this with friends not to patronize this shop for sure.

They r always very nice and patient. I bought the package here, i Will introduce to friends to buy it…Reasonable price for package…everyone should buy and experience, really good??? They always give nice nail suggestions as well. They are very meticulous and passionate in their work. So far I loved all the suggestions and been coming here for every month. they really did a good job!????

Went there to remove gel nails. When paying, the lady tried to sell me a package five times. Not only that, another lady was working back and forth between me and another customer who was in the midst of a pedicure. Improve on the hygiene and maybe learning how to take "no" for an answer will do some good.

Bad experience. Bad service. Rude staff. I took the 1 for 1 gel Mani pedi after they push the sales last Dec 26. I wasnt able to come on the 6th week as what they claim the validity of their promo coz I was tested Covid+. I showed them my letter from MOH but still insisting that its already expired and they dont care. Keep on insisting that I should call. I asked them nicely if can check to d management to have some considerations but instead the lady staff told me its expired according to their system and jst left me on d chair, feet soaked in d water and let me waited for almost 30+mins. After waiting they told me they will extend my promo for additional 4wks if i do today on a regular price. ?. Why? I said its not fair n will complain, they asked me to go very rudely. The staffs were very rude. I was still drying up my feet and she already sprayed d chair were i was sitting. How i wished i recorded what happen to show how they handle the situation but then I believed they have camera to really see what happen. Feb 20, 2022 3:10pm.
