โ โ โ โ โ I ordered 6 pieces wings & sticks (dine-in). But was given 2 pieces. When manager Remy realised the mistake, he apologized sincerely and gave me additional 4 pieces as a service recovery gesture. Only then, i realized he charged me 2 pieces price. Though i wanted to pay, he insisted on the house. During the ordering process, he was patient to explain the different flavours from the menu. For a long time, i have not encountered such an excellent customer service. Kudos to Remy and his team@nene star vista.

โ โ โ โ โ saw the chef not putting on gloves when preparing the sandwich. chef came back from outside without washing hands, didnโt put on gloves, touched door handle , touched handphone then touched the bread, then touched containers, his apron, then touched the bread again. ?โโ๏ธ and waited so long. the wait is ok for me but the hygiene protocol needs review esp during this covid period .

โ โ โ โ โ Went in to eat a couple weeks ago. And the counter girl greeted us with big eyes and big smile. The way she was patient guiding us how to order as it was our first time. It was busy and she apologized before we ordered as the waiting time will be long and we were impressed that she tried her best to deliver us the food within 10 mins eventhough she said it would be 15-20 mins. It was great seeing her energy during the holidays! Cheers see you around

โ โ โ โ โ i ordered the chicken wings for takeaway with soy sauce a few weeks ago but i barely received any sauce which was so weird.. overall, i still enjoyed the chicken! i will be coming back today so i will prob update this review
edit : ordered the chicken tenders with soy sauce and indeed, the sauce is very very little. however the chicken skin is super duper good!!! highly recommend the chicken skin!

โ โ โ โ โ Their Cheese Pull Chicken Hotplate is really yummy. You could choose between wings / tenders / Other parts of the chicken for this item. The cheese is not bland or salty which makes it a good match with the fried chicken. It also comes with a drink a a choice of starter like kimchi or pickled radish.

Psst! Just buy their $1.90 sauce tub (double friggin hot, no less, n00b), and you now have a cheap nene chicken hack. Cook your own warm rice, and down some hot hot nuggets. Best day ever. Everyday. Youre welcome.

โ โ โ โ โ The first time I tried nene was years ago and I totally forgotten about it. Recently, I bought a few stuffs after watching too many videos of Tzuyang Mukbang and Blackpink's vlogs.
My favourites are the soy ttekbokki (the spicy one is not for me even though is considered nice). I used to dnt like ttekbokki but this one changed my taste bud. Spam fries, crispy chicken skin, and chicken and chicken tenders (no sauce. I love the one without sauce). These are my go-to for korean fast food. These can last for 2 days and you heat it up in microwavey is so good
