Arrived at 04:26pm on sun, found that the store were closed with some customers still eating there, and there staff at the counter clearing stuff. I asked why they closed early, he said he is a partimer and they don’t have enough people to work there (then what are you doing there?) and hence they closed business early. Not a nice experience:(

This is a must visit. Not sure why there are so many mixed reviews about this place but I really really enjoyed the açai soft serve . Not too sweet , generous portions and even the nut butter was homemade and so so aromatic . I like how the owner Thoughtfully serves the dessert in a cup so everything sits nicely - unlike a lot of other brands that serve theirs in a bowl - and everything starts falling out . The service was so warm and friendly - nothing could be better than ending the day with a nice “me time “ with a healthy and yummy dessert .

The acai soft serve is soft and smooth. The portion is generous with granola, fruits and nuts butter. The taste of the acai is not as strong so the acai content might not as much, is abit sweet and so how it taste abit like Mr bean soft serve as it also have a soy milk taste. Price wise I think I is worth and a good dessert to have.

Would give this place 6 stars if I could. They are my go to dessert place; have been for a long time. The portions are substantial for what you pay. The Twist (the yoghurt and acai mix) is awesome and a stroke of genius. Kudos to Cocasa

If you love yole and acai, this is the best place to come. The froyo and acai combination is so good and compliments each other so well. The toppings were plenty and are similar to your typical acai/yole branch. Best part is that a whole cup only costs $8.50, crazy value for an acai dessert. I’m coming here for this every time i’m in the area ?

Cocaca is one of those places where you always see people post on ig but always forget the name because it’s so hard to find, and only realize that there’s only 1 outlet in the whole of Singapore. What’s unique about this açaí shop is its soft serve açaí which is something I’ve not seen anywhere else. It’s tasty, healthy, filling enough to be a meal and aesthetic ✨✨ Only complain I would have is that the layers are hard to eat together - you have to eat a huge amount of açaí before you get to enjoy the ‘toppings’ you selected

Below average acai bowl. Fruits were sour, coconut flakes hard, granola lackluster. Felt sad that this took up one acai daily quota. And they no longer have soft serve? Even though it was on the posters outside. Also, weird rule that if you buy through foodpanda you can’t eat in, although there were plenty seats around.

TBH, this is my fav place for acai soft serve! Super delicious and their homemade almond butter is good! Texture of the acai is thick and the toppings are nice as well. However, the staff there are always rude and unfriendly. Never once have been greeted politely by them w a smile, and they always seem to be angst not sure why. :( also the roaming pigeons and birds at the outdoor seating area makes it quite unhygienic and difficult to sit there comfortably.
