However, 2 stars were removed for the poor service attitude of the Malay lady salesperson. She sounded annoyed at our request to get another pair of shoes to buy as the previous pair had a stain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two chinese staffs (one with green fringe and other one) were EXTREMELY rude to us and were unwilling to assist us in getting the shoe size we wanted. WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING A PHYSICAL WHEN DON'T HAVE THE SIZE 37 WE WANTED ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very awesome service from this chinese lady with shoulder length hair (didn't get her name). I had concerns that the last pair of shoes had dirty soles because they were worn before. She helped me clean them before packing them in. Will defo be back at this outlet again!!
