According to my mom, better than my last one. Cleaned the place up very nicely too. Highly recommended. And very reasonable pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technicians checked compressor and said that the gas is still enough and aircon is not cold due to some valve issues. Charge $20 and nothing is solved. Mentioned must get Mitsubishi to check.
Mitsubishi came 3 days later and diagnosed as just low gas. They topped up gas and air con is cold again.
Jack Lim of Cool Channel engineering claimed his technicians have at least 7 years of experience. He also didn't not reply to my request of the refund for $20 charged for the wrong diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been engaging their service for aircon cleaning every 6 months since Jan 20. I am very please with all their service man. Very professional, cleans thoroughly and will give advise on aircon usage and maintenance.
Have engage other company before but they did not clean like Cool Channels.

Technicians were punctual and extremely professional. They covered everything when hacking / drilling needs to be done, and cleaned up after.
Extremely well done job, I am a very happy customer.
