Cow Play Cow Moo @ Jurong Point

I'm here to give a shout out for the staff. Definitely for our trip there yesterday, but also on every visit so far. They are seemingly tireless, friendly and on the ball. Thanks!

The staff are very friendly here ,some machines may be spoil but the others are fun too .it’s a wonderful place to play with friends on weekend

1. topping up the card and claiming tickets via card is the same counter. 1 person, 1 counter, resulting in queues often form. waiting time about 10mins. 2. getting coins from machine, also always have queues. each time can only get max 50coins each. only have 2 member machines in the outlet. 3. always long queue at ticket machine. the tickets tend to get tangle easily. unlike fat cat, it is easily for people with thousands of tickets to be counting their tickets at the machine. waiting time can easily be 30mins or more during peak hours. in summary, it is a hassle to do any single thing in this outlet. long queuing time in outlet in every single tasks. eg topping up of cards, getting coins from card, getting the points/tickets/redeemation from cards, putting ticket points into cards. queues may form while waiting to play the machine too.

Great place to play games. But the ticket machine is always full but that’s understandable cos I went during the weekend. They have more games that I’ve never seen before from other outlets.

Came to chk out the new outlet! If ur a ticket fan, this place is good and u dun have to go all the way to town! However for claw machine, its the newer machine, cant swing much, even if can, the swings are very uncontrolled and its almost impossible to get the pai shu. Very limited toys and small toys whivh is bo hua for the payout. Warning! Some machine got claw rope length restriction, so once the toy topple, best to ask staff reset, otherwise zero chance to catch haha. Giving one star due to lack of claw machine, and machines being no longer skill based like last time. Sad.

-2 staff from this cow play cow moo outlet were very rude to me , both of them are girls -after playing the game, my tickets came out so I took it out. -the first girl said that I’m not supposed to pull the ticket , which I didn’t do it. -after the other girl saw what happened, she also told me not to pull the ticket. -I was really mad at them and I wanted to scold them but I didn’t have the guts to. -I hope that 2 of them gets fired and never work there again -don’t ever go to this outlet , staff have no respect even though we paying money to play the arcade games, which most of them was a scam. -I’m really disappointed and I hope that u can get back to me soon. -if I ever come to this outlet again, I would just ignore what the staff say and go play my own games. -someone teach the two staff a lesson , please. -they have no sense of respect???? -worst encounter I had after playing other outlets of arcade games in Singapore. -even fat cat arcade is better than cow play cow moo Jurong point. -don’t you parents teach you MANNERS?? -PLEASE GET FIRED AS I DONT WANT TO SEE YOUR FREAKING FACE, they literally look like auntie omg -I hope that they get a bad review in here☺️

Scam, stay away. Exchange tokens at the entrance. Apparently those tokens are only valid for toy machine... seriously? Where is it written? Second scam, cannot change those tokens to other tokens if used at least 1 token... so you are forced to use them on rubbish games. Plus, there are no shoutout games and everything is quite boring...

Good selection of games. I highly recommend getting a $1 membership card and tolling up $50 or $150 at a time for their promotional rate. Then you can use your coins on increments if 5 or 50 at a time. They use the old paper tickets. I also recommend keeping the tickets neat and orderly or else it'll be very difficult to "feed" the tickets in. They have a few outlets e.g. Suntec city and the card and coins and points can be used at various outlets Have fun and enjoy
