me and my friend enjoyed the games, but the staff (which is manager on the receipt) showing really rude attitude, ignoring us on purpose and didnt want to talk when we ask her questions. im very disappointed. she is wearing circle specs

Been here a couple of times. Staff strongly suggested and recommended on the latest promo. Not to mention of being friendly and helpful in terms of service and attending to enquiries. Even when they are busy over the counter, they would try to their best accommadate those patrons having problem due to the machine problem or the tickets are not dispensing during their play.

Hillion arcarde is the best too, eventho it is a small outlet but still customer service is the best... tony and sean is the friendly and helpfull worker... thumbs up for both of them....

Lots of game variety despite the space constraint. Been patronising this outlet quite frequently. Had a bad experience at first because staffs are always not readily available to tend to queries but after awhile, I realised it just takes a little bit of patience. Just gotta wait for them to be ready and once they are, you will really be blown away by their good service. Key word: patience, patience, patience.

Terrible service and Lack of manpower We used to have a card when we first patronise their Bedok store during pandemic however given to pandemic situation we aren’t able to visit and card was expired. Hence we brought our daughter to this outlet and was told we can only re-activated the card, reload the balance when we pay/ top up $50 but condition is, to wait for 2 hours or so in order to had the card re-activate however Fat Cat system can only advise the balance when we top up so in the end we brought a new card for games as I dont think we will be coming back to Fat Cat again unless they had a better system for their lacking in service quality Also the worst was when we told the staff the game (see attached) run out of water yet she told us, it still can be played!? Look, the purposes of this game is letting the kids having fun with the water feature purpose however staff reluctant attitude doesn’t make us feel unwelcome and this be another reason we don’t feel happy with their service here. Pretty sure this be our first time and last time to patronise this store or the rest of Fat Cat stores I’m sure their competitors can do much better customer service and prompt in their turnover during feedback.

The place is smaller then other outlet, but the staff is very nice and friendly. Got claw side also, but they are using different tokens. Redemption abit small but got many different stuff also. Have a lot of fun at this arcade amusement.

Would have been 5*, friendly staff and great outlet but why is there only one maimai machine???? Can only play 1 game every 1-2 hrs when peak period. Need more machines ples
