β β β β β Absolutely Customer Centric! CR Group offers a great service. I had bought a Samsung A30 phone from CR Group Sim Lim Tower shop. The purchase experience was wonderful. What is more important is their service level post purchase when device ran into an issue (Region Lock was enabled). Mr. John from this shop helped me at every stage to diagnose the issue. When it was realised that the issue cannot be resolved without returning the device, he made it extremely hassle free for me to get a different model of different series. I could actually realise what Delight the Customer means. Thanks Mr. John and CR Group.
