D	Distributor SG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest seller. At first, I was told that the price for casing is $12-$13. But when I decided to make payment for it, the price became $15. Seller then mentioned that the increase in price is due to supplier’s issue. 3 days ago, I bought a screen protector and had it pasted on my phone. But after pasting, I realised that there is scratches on the protector. Seller then mentioned that he will do a check with the supplier on it. Instead of coming to me to do an exchange, seller told me that I have to make a trip down to the shop for an exchange. And throughout the whole conversation, instead of doing a proper service recovery, seller spoke in an extremely sarcastic manner. Please think twice before dealing with this seller, not recommended at all.

T	Toh Poh Leng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Early June 2021, I bought a Zeelot Tempered Glass Screen Protector @ $49.00 for my Samsung Note plus phone. Within the same month June 2021, the Zeelot glass screen protector started to have some air bubble shown. I brought back to the shop with the original purchase receipt, and the counter staff confirmed that there are air bubbles, but he is unable to do fix the problem or exchange a new Zeelot glass protector as it's been more than 2 weeks. I told the staff that previously, it must be the installation process was not done properly. And even though the receipt did not state must bring back the problemactic glass screen protector within 2 weeks, he still insist he cannot repair or do a 1 to 1 exchange. Very bad experience with this shop installation skills and aftersales experiences. This will be my first and last purchase from them.

There was some slight air bubble and they changed a new one for me on the spot. Impressed by their customer service and experience. Wide range of good products at their shop too!

Specially I found the latest and updated models of exclusive and market demanding phones. Also there were huge variety of phone cases and others accessories. And there were some other devices too. It's fancy and decorative items are always attracting the people. I found a huge crowd while visiting the store. I really was amazed to see the Collections. I would really like visit them at least once more time and would like to recommend CaseFactorie happily.
