Went to the shop today to replace my screen protector with their impact selection and I’m impressed with how it turned out, the durability definitely helps me as I often drop my phone. Staff was very friendly and accommodating ??

Tin gives good suggestion for the device you want. The shop offers good and reasonable price for replacement should you need one. Screen protector is durable..

Spent an estimated $95 for the fusion front screen + matte back phablet(360degree protector). Prior to this, i was using a $30 no-brand protector for a good 1 year with no cracks/scratches to original phone. However, after using MO protector for less than 2 months, the back protector came off and the top part of my phone was chipped off, which i least expected from a product that is priced at that range. Went back and spent another $10 for replacement and waited 1 hour for it. Upon collection, realised that the front protector had a few defects and requested for a change. Waited another 20 minutes for it and front protector still came back with dents(as seen on attached pic). For a $95 protector, the quality assurance of the product is clearly not justified.

Attended at the Bugis Junction store on 12 June and 14 June. 12 June experience was fine whereby the staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, on 14 June I had found a bubble-like blemish on the screen. Went down and the staff whom attended was downright unhelpful. He tried to explain that the mark was a "scratch" and unsuccessfully tried to replicate the mark on the company's device. The staff attending further made excuse of the film protecting the phone from scratches rather than it being "scratch-proof" or "scratch-resistant". Only when I brought up to him that his colleague had mentioned that it takes about 2 days for the screen protector to set did he oblige to change another. Do take note that their advertising of "If you’re ever unhappy with the performance of any of our films, bumpers, skins, or cables, simply bring in the product with your receipt, and we make it right." could very well be false. After he replaced the screen protector, I queried on whether I could return if I was facing any problems. All he mentioned was "that's it no more". Firstly, even though the receipt clearly stated that replacement within the first 7 days is without cost and secondly, nothing was mentioned about the replacement with the small fee.

Great and friendly staff and professional, they introduce professionally and tell us what it use.. I did not do the review immediately after I paste the fusion screen protector.. dropping my phone this few weeks and my screen is still intact.. and is still perfect.. kudos to the staff at the mobile outfitters

I ordered their most expensive screen protector @ $90. This was recommended as it will not have a broken screen upon dropping on impact. I dropped my phone and my phone's screen cracked. I went back to the store and the staff said that the guy actually pasted the cheapest screen protector instead of the one I ordered. If I were to purchase my usual glass screen protector elsewhere, it would not have broken my screen. This is a BRAND NEW iPhone and I invested in their screen protector because it is said to last and will not crack the screen. Do you know how much the entire screen replacement will cost? $489. If the staff had done their job properly, I would not have to fork out $489 for the screen replacement for my brand new iPhone 13. No amount of apologies are going to help with the $489 cost I have to pay towards my screen repair. It is a complete waste of $90 and I still have to fork out $489 for the screen repair.

I was initially doubtful about the matte screen protector for my new Samsung S22 Ultra, but I decided to go for it and tried it out. Turn out the texture and the feel is absolutely amazing. One commendable thing is that after two of the staff attempted to install the screen protector on my curved screen, the sides still kept flapping out, trapping dust. But after the retail manager (Tin) took the effort to replace it amidst the 7 day warranty, the protector stick perfectly! It is really amazing! So 5 stars on product and service recovery!

Came to Bugis store 3 weeks back with my mum. We were attended by 2 staff, a lady and a gentleman. They provide excellent service and we feel comfortable. They seem to enjoy working there. Installed fusion front protection for both me and my mum phones. The lady gave a detailed explanation on how to continue keeping our phones safe and about their lifetime warranty. Overall it was a good experience. Kudos team Mobile Outfitters Bugis!
