β β β β β Bought a deal from Shopback for the Nasi Lemak Royale. I'd say the rice and bergedil were the stand out pieces in this mix. The rice was fragrant with the panda flavour and the bergedil had it's signature flavour. The other ingredients were not as delectable. Especially the wings which were dry and lacked flavour. ??

β β β β β The basmati rice quality is inconsistent. Some times the rice is soft, other times the rice is dry and hard. Ordered the royale set, comes with chicken wing, fish fillet, bergedil, egg, ikan bilis and peanuts, some small slices of cucumber. The fish fillet is dry and hard, the fish fillet is so compacted that it is difficult to chew, as it comes from some other suppliers. The chilli is overly sweet and does not goes well with the rest of the food. The whole nasi lemak set is cold and not warm at all.

β β β β β The service staff (the only male tending the cashier point on Monday, 27th June at 4pm SGT) at Crave Tampines Hub outlet needs to be trained in terms of service delivery. Impolite or should I say plain lazy?

β β β β β I order take away Nasi Lemak, when i got home and check missing fried egg. Not at peak hours and still messing the order.

β β β β β Firstly, limited staffs mending the stall. Second, a long wait for the cashier, due to poor management. Third, we had already spend money with purchases electronically, and did redeemed one minute before showing to cashier, but cashier refuse to honor, even thou the cashier was never at her post for over 5 minutes, while others in the queue started leaving due to the long wait they did.

β β β β β I am a regular customer with Crave City Hall for many years.
Today, I am extremely dissapointed with the service from the Tampines branch. My order was attended by a female was unhappy to serve.
I had topped up money for extra otah to be added in my takeaway, but was given a standard meal, without the add on.
It was too late for me to return to the stall, as I had brought the food home at a far destination.

β β β β β The fried chicken wing nasi lemak was quite tasty. Would have given 4 stars but the long waiting time (30 minutes) and miserly amount of sambal reduced the score.

β β β β β Have been wanting to write a review for the awesome experience I had on the 1st day of new year, right after the fireworks display. There was a super long line but the team was so well prepared. It didnt take long for our turn and the staff were all very prompt and friendly. There were some miscommunication with our orders so we ended up missing a set, but they got it settled very quickly when we turn back to inform them. Kudos to the team. Food were great too!
