β β β β β My starmax install 5 years ago 2015 at Teban by them is still working and no leak as I seldom use. The technicians may look young but did a good job by completing it within half day. They came late 2 hours and complex my system 3 at 9pm+. Normally aircon leaking water is due to moluds grow inside the water pipe, best to have upgrade diameter 16mm pvc water pipe and ticker insulation for the copper pipe during installation. The sale guy is very kind to reco starmax than older model d*** as that time d*** got board issue.

β β β β β If I were you, I will avoid this company for after-sales services. If your aircon is faulty, contact your aircon's manufacturer. If your aircon needs servicing, find another supplier. Do not leave a deposit with Creation.
Previously, 1 of my indoor units is faulty (warm air). On 4 Apr 2020, Andrew Wang, Creation's technician, took about 5mins to check my indoor unit, told me a part in the indoor unit is likely faulty and asked me to leave a $50 deposit so Creation can order the spare part from the manufacturer. Due to COVID-19, Creation was not allowed to operate. Eventually, the manufacturer's technicians came down with specialized tools and fixed the problem with the outdoor unit. On 3 July 2020, Gilbert from Creation scheduled an aircon servicing appointment on 21 July 2020, but no one came. Gilbert now refused to refund the deposit, claiming the deposit was in fact transportation fees.
Update: On 5 Aug 2020, 2 weeks after I first warned Creation that I may make a police report, Creation refunded me my $50 deposit.

β β β β β Liars and cheaters. Arranged normal servicing (S$60 one unit), they did not keep appointment and came the next day. Straight after servicing aircon leaked like a waterfall, service man said he forgot to replace a part and came back to replace it. One week later aircon start to leaked slightly, called them and did not keep appointment again. Attempted to come the next day on Saturday. Called to clarify and Gilbert started to yell and shouted nonsense. Demanded us to pay S$220 for chemical wash instead. We cancelled the job.
Updates: There is no reference number provided by this company.

β β β β β Overall pleasant buying experience and pricing reasonable. It not for the below issue, would have been excellent.
Unfortunately, one unit was dripping water, wanted to exchange another set but can't as they need to ascertain if it's due to workmanship problem or manufacturer defects, so let them try fixing. Same issue happened after few weeks, and fix again. Now the third time.
Not good because I have to make an effort to follow-up this issue several times (sometimes calls not answered or no one callback to fix appointment). But I know this faulty unit is not within their control and they were responsive enough to 'attempt to fix' and finally refer this to the manufacturer for evaluation.
Will see how it goes before updating my next review.
Update: Issue remain unresolved after 6 months. Very jialat, have to wait, see, call, do testing, wait, see, call, do testing...burn your time and weekends away.
I still need to coordinate with Mitsubishi and Creation air-con regularly, help them make appointments, get ready ladder and foam in case they forgot to bring, give reminder to both sides before the appointment day, give instructions to them when and where to conduct check, conduct follow up calls to check for updates.

β β β β β AMAZING and friendly customer service from Gilbert (sales) and his technician (Long) - they have been very professional yet friendly and kind when I had to reinstall the ac wires and hold off installation of my ACs for about 6 months due to renovation issues and delay. Long has also very skillfully installed the AC piping and ACs - definitely no complaint there. Thank you both!

β β β β β Very bad in terms of installing air conditioner.
I bought on lazada 13 april 2021 and installing on 21 April 2021. Just 2 weeks the high pitch sound came and the sound come from the pipe was damaged in the midst of the installation. (Show on picture)
And leaking gas indoor due to not proper installation.
(Show on picture. The gas only 60. Normal is 150. The pipe check use soap and bubble around the pipe)
the creation said my old bracket is too small so I have to change new one more bigger. So i agree to pay $150 from them, but they give me too small.( show on picture)
The bracket that was installed was too small, as the condensor is bigger.
The previous installation team then forcefully bend the leg of the condensor to fit in.
If they asked me to pay $150 to have the bigger size, how come they still give me small one and forcefully bend the leg to fit in.
This might be causing alignment issues.
the creation the way they install are very unprofessional. Damage the pipe, not proper install until leaking gas and install wrong size of bracket and forcefully bend the leg.
Because already one month, i cant give review on lazada (the lazada rules, if 30 days after you accept the product you cant give any review and my case already 2 months)
Even until now the creation promised need time to check with his techician about the bracket and will call me back but until now he never give me any explaination.
