★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst retail experience at the store today. I had gone to process a return. The manager at the store was extremely unhappy to work on returns and treated us like truant school children getting a second chance. I have never received such appallingly bad service and will show my displeasure in the only way that makes sense which is to never buy a pair of crocs for anyone in my family again. I am sure there are lots of other brands and stores where the staff are only too happy to provide service to customers.
The other shop staff were decent. The manager definitely needs lots of training in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge shoutout to the staff on duty on the 29th of November. Staff here are very helpful, each one of them going above and beyond for the customer. From advising the fit of the shoe to the choosing of the charms, it’s rare to receive service like this anywhere in Singapore ??
