Despite being overwhelmed with other customers, they were still very personal and authentic with their response in assisting me. Although the selection is rather limited here I would recommend dropping by if you're at Vivo city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a long time here choosing a pair of running shoes. Alvin was really patient with us, explaining the different models and functions for more than an hour. Even turned on the treadmill and helped us observe our running gait and recommend suitable models. Even though we decided not to purchase in the end as we did not find a pair that was 100% suitable, the staff did not pressure or hardsell. Really good experience and would come back for future purchases for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alvin (believe he is the store in charge) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in sharing the different types of shoes and materials suitable for different types of runners. He also switched on the treadmill to allow us to test the shoes. Super amazing service would definitely go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was over at Vivocity today trying to get a new luanch Nike Air force 1 shoes. Pretty good experience there at the shop. Associates are nice to help and found the the right size and answer the questions, compare the other athletics brands at the Suntec city. I think customer service a lot better at Vivocity. Will keep shopping there if I am looking something else as well
