Had the black pepper fish with Mac and cheese and veggies. Not the tastiest, in my personal opinion it tasted like what you would expect from a food court or neighbourhood type western stall, not a restaurant. Affordable for it being in a mall, fast service and meals quickly arrived.

Comfort western food that’s already part of our lives here. Decent value for money when you crave western cuisine in a shopping mall & don’t want to put a hole in your pocket. However I feel they have serious competition from another newcomer “iSteak”, which offers more choices for sides & better selection for mains too. Prices are very similar to Astons.

Q less than 5 minutes on a Mon lunch time. The cashier is also the same person who guides customer to the table, & it slows down the time for the next customer to order & be seated where there are empty tables, and also especially when there is a long queue (base on past dine-in here). Grand sampler dish now does not come with any side, and price has increased to $1 as got to know. Per 2nd photo, only liked 2 of the hot dogs (with the tick mark). The 1st hotdog from left was pepperish, 2nd was yucky when chewed on 1st bite, ok, a tad salty cheese. This dish will never order. Garden veggie and Mac & cheese are still as nice. Did not have to wait long for our food. Approx 10mins or less.

Had order Prime Ribeye Xtra Cut with potato Wedges and corn niblets. The other dish is Seafood marinara with soup of the day mushrooms soup. U pay first before u gets the bites. Portions of the food was big and nice. My cousin usually don take spaghetti, but this is the only time she took half of my portion and saying she will have it next times she come. Come try, must try!!! Highly recommended! Ps. Really, not expensive at all

Was here with my parents for lunch as they have not tried Astons. There was a queue but the wait was not too long. I like how they had placed their menu on the stand so as to reduce wait time, customers get to view and decide on what to order. How Astons work is you would have to place your order at the counter before you are being ushered to your table. We ordered the following: 1. Escargots - tasted not bad - had tad too much oil and less of garlic 2. Chicken & Steam Combo - chicken was super tender - steak was tad too thin and small portion. Guess for the price, maybe ok 3. Seafood Marinara - was little disappointed for the taste. Doesn't have the tangy, aroma of garlic but rather it tasted sweet. - pasta was Al dente

Staff working there are mostly inexperience. The food wise is terrible, the worst Aston outlet I would say. The fries came are totally room temperature and cold on some. I believe they have cooked and placed it there for awhile. After we told the staff they replace a new one but with added hair on the bowl. Food Quality 3/10 Do you recommend this outlet. NO!

Queuing: Took around 1 hour to get a table on weekend, started to queue since 5.30PM. I’ve been to VivoCity often and never seen this place without a long queue. If you wanna eat, then you need to queue. Half of the tables in the restaurant are not allowed to sit. That’s so ridiculous because other restaurants do not manage the seat capacity as Aston. That’s why I deduct 1 star. Food: - Escargot: Impressed. Personally I don’t eat clam-type animals because of the texture & strong seafood smell, but this dish comes with very strong herbal taste which can get rid of that. Garlic bread with Escargot is awesome! - Caesar salad: Impressed. Good taste and come with thick dressing. Veg is crispy. - Prime Ribeye & Grilled Chicken: Overall is impressive. Black pepper sauce is delicious for both beef and chicken. - Baked potato: It come with a piece of button putting in the middle. Taste is average. - Mac & Cheese: I’m not a fan of this menu, so no comment. Price: Reasonable for Western food with the quality. Customer service: Normal. I did not have much interaction with waiters. One came to take orders & payment then led is me to the table.

Decent Aston eatery. Very crowded outlet during the festive season on a weekday! However, service is within acceptable level given the crowd. Table requests were met and the food quality is standard expected Aston quality. Overall still a good place to dine for its value for money meals.
