β β β β β Staff notified us that 4 out of 6 dishes ordered were not available *after* they started serving our food. And all fish, congee and red bean dishes were "out of stock" due to a "busy" lunch.
We were left with rubby spicy chicken and sea food fried rice with two shrimps. Avoid.

β β β β β Some reviews seem to have had a bad experience with the service, but my meal was prompt and pleasant. The food was high quality, although it is priced higher than most other airport options. Overall a nice option for Terminal 1.

β β β β β All things are relative. It is an airport restaurant so taking that into consideration and if you get to visit when they have the full menu on offer, you should get a respectable meal. If you're visiting from the West, you'll probably get better dim sum here than you've ever had but hopefully you've had better!

β β β β β The food was good. Pricey but worth it. The xiaolong bao was juicy and flavourful as usual. The radish cake was soft. As it should be expected.
But the service was really terrible. They seemed to avoid looking our way to seat us, take our order, etc. The worst was that they ran out of noodles (and their speciality is noodles!) and congee. They didn't tell us if this when we ordered. We only knew after we ordered and the kitchen told them that they ran out. The service staff continued not to tell new customers of this fact from the onset, but only tell them after they (tried to) ordered the noodles.

β β β β β Only 10 items in the menu. 4 types of noodles and 6 types of dim sum. $18.60 for a bowl of noodle soup is a rip off. The amount of soup they gave is really little. Noodles are over cooked. I asked if they could give me more soup. The waiter said I have to pay $3 for extra soup. Ok. First time, last time.
