★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a couple of time buying food at this stall, today is the worst day. The nearest place for me to eat, T1 ma mum to go ( arrival hall).. so i bought Q1, that is Signature Beef Slice with rice.
The most i disappointed is the portion of the rice. Its like a baby portion.. i paid for $8.80 just for small portion?? I suggest to whoever wanna buy food there please tell the staff taking the order to give a reasonable portion in default.
P/S: By doing this you are just cheating on your customers. Give reasonable portion equals to the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the boat noodles are the star of the show here. Super tender meat, loads of beef fat, yummy gravy and hot flat rice noodles. Add sambal, chilli powder or preserved green chilli slices as you like! I will always look forward to coming to T1 to eat this.
The kopitiam fare like toast, half boiled eggs and drinks are standard, but the other dishes disappointed. There are no seats here so find a place nearby or bring it home to eat. We normally find it a little tummy rumbling. Without that and the other dishes I would probably give this place a full 5*!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kiosk outlet with a few small simple tables opposite. If you are looking for local no-frills simple meals and beverages, this is the store to go. From kopi-o to toast and eggs, local noodles etc. Nothing gourmet but practical. Staff at the airport are often seen in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signature beef boat noodle. Located at Changi Airport. I'm not a fan of noodles but since I work at an airport, I often visit this stall for quick bites if I am starving. The beef are always soft and tender and the noodles are tasty and chewy. Their staff are friendly and not stingy with their servings, you will always receive a generous amount of beef in your bowl.
