★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got extra xiao long pao if you use UOB card 1plus 1 deal. The braised meatballs were good. We also had the theee wggs spinach, cucumbers. Service is quite attentive. But the keep bringing other people’s food to our table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/5 for the food. The best dish we tried there was the roast duck. The skin is very crispy with just the right amount of fats.
The beef brisket soup la mian is okay. The la mian is very Q and chewy. But soup wise, we prefer 鼎泰丰‘s one which is more savory.
The xiao long bao is very different as compared to that of 鼎泰丰. The skin is probably 3X thicker than that of 鼎泰丰. The soup inside the xiao long bao tastes different too. So it comes down to personal preferences.
The 葱抓饼 is okay, not fantastic, but okay.
3/5 for the value for money. Overall, a bit pricey as compared to other Chinese restaurants in similar tier when factoring in the quality of food.
4/5 for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The OG place to go for XLB and other Chinese food! This place used to be rather popular in the past, but we managed to walk in on a Friday evening without any reservations. Food quality is still superb - and there were many good 1-for-1 UOB deals. But what impressed me the most was the staff, the Chinese aunties on the first floor (name tag just said service staff) was attentive and thoughtful and really provided a great overall experience. Thumbs up for excellence customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crystal Jade is always keeping high standard on their food quality and service. The la Mian and Xiao long bao are just as good as before. However, this is the first time I feel a bit disappointed about their food. We ordered the CNY menu special items (colourful dim sum) looks very good but somehow they are quiet dry and not that tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever me and my family come here we always order the same food items - scallion oil noodles and Xiao Long Bao. They make the best noodles and Xiao Long Baos in town.
Service is always friendly and the dining environment pleasant. We will return for more of course!
