punctuality of the service is great, but the busses are not that good.

First time tried PB1, bus supposed to arrive at 7.34am, but came way earlier that the company said the bus had left, and I waited for nothing. Very poor experience

Hi RE Sundown Marathon 2018 19/20 May... I reserved online a return bus ticket for route 3 to Woodlands after the 21km race.. the race started time was 23:45 hrs with 3-PEN at abt 10 minutes intervals.. The organiser required runners to complete the race in 4.5 hrs... These were the known facts and planned schedule.. but the departure time had been fixed at 3 am... I completed my race in 3 hrs 15 mins... after collected my bag and reached the bus pick-up point, it was around 3:30am.. A group of ShareTransport officers informed us that the buses had left and there were no more buses for us... They also commented that they had worked with the race organisers closely and they did their best to schedule the departure time at 3am.. I have no alternative but to leave with disappointment and with my sweaty body... I was distressed and hung outside Promenade Mrt Station till it opened n took the first train for the morning home... sweaty body for the next 3-hours... It was a very poor transport planning for such an event without sufficient resources... How could the return bus leave at 3am whereby the required time to complete the 21km race was 4.5 hrs.. ShareTransport must plan for additional buses for the subsequent trips till the last runners finished at 4.5 hrs... It’s a very very poor and irresponsible service provider...

Need a shuttle bus outlet in 18 Sungei Kadut st2 S729236 for everyone to board the bus and drop in the nearest MRT stations, such like Marsiling, Woodlands, Admiralty, Sembawang, Canberra, Yishun, Khatib, Yio Chu Kang, Ang Mo Kio or other MRT stations. Please make one for the Hafaty building to let people board the bus home.

On my first time trying to use the service. The bus never show up. I have a checkin code, cannot see the bus tracking on the map. Try to call the number multiple time nobody pickup. Very poor service.

If there is zero star, I would definitely give. Lousiest transport service. Waited for bus to come, in the end the bus stopped before the bus stop. Saw me and refuse to pick me up and just drove off. End up I had to take a cab which cost me more than $20 to get to cnb. While the sharetransport was nice enough to credit back 2 credits for future bus service, it’s not practical. Who will still dare use the bus service after this horrible incident?! Expectedly, they refused to refund me back cash for my tickets and also the cab fee. That’s their response and didn’t bother to reply me further. If you want this to happen to you, please go ahead and continue to use their service.

Unacceptable. First I receive an email stating the resumption of service. This morning, Ive been waiting like a fool at the bus stop for 15min and no bus in sight causing me to be grossly late for work. I even checked-in and had the 4-digit pass code. Only upon checking my notifications, i found a text sent at 11:59pm the previous day informing that my credits will be refunded. How is this sufficient due notice? Totally unreliable. PS: no response from FB chat even though message is read.

Have been using their service from Woodlands to Raffles Place for few years. The bus is always on time and you can track the bus (like you track Grab delivery or Grab taxi) using the app. Checking in is hassle free as you only need to tap a button on your phone for the 4 digit code to show the driver. Wait at the designated bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Follow the queue if there is one. Seats are comfortable and guaranteed. I always reach office ahead of the scheduled time. The price is a bit steep but you save time and have the comfort of your own seat. You can sleep your way through the journey. Feedback and questions are sent via email and I always receive a reply. The pandemic and WFH culture must have hit the business hard. Keep up the good work team.
