During the period of Covid-19, they will disinfect your shoes, no charging of mobile devices, wireless for guest is there. Their showroom cars are disinfected several times per day to ensure safety of the customer. Even desk for customer and consultant are separated with a plastic stand. To the extend of each pen used by customer are sanitised.

How a service centre makes or breaks its image to the public and customers depends wholly on its service personnel, and I've had the honour and blessed opportunity today to be serviced by Christina Chew today. She discharged her duties professionally and takes effort to ensure everyone customer's voice is heard. Whether it's attributed to CnC's effective service training or Christina's great personality, I do not know, but u guys are definitely things right in there ??

Prompt service. Friendly service advisors. I was served by Mr. Sayren. Professional and attentive. The car would b returned to me cleaned n vacuumed. Quality of repair is good as well. Feels safe to hv car serviced by them.

No lounge while waiting for servicing your ride, but the service level is still great from the C&C team.

Very good technician Mr Lim who review the fault n help to make representation to his management. Management also kind enough to accept the fault n rectify on goodwill basis. Now I see some good management improvements. On this, I signed another 2 years maintence contract with C&C which got more quality and assurance servicing. Thank you.

Had so many problems with this brand of car. On top of that the aftersales service is designed to drive away customers. They ordered door panels (see the attached pic) while my warranty was still in force. Waited 2+ mths for it to arrive until just nice the warranty expired... and then they flip prata and refused to install the ordered parts unless I paid for them. Will never touch Citroen again. (edit: of course NOW then they will contact me and want to hear from me, when at the time they refused to even let me speak to the service dept mgr)

All that is expected for a decent Citroen vehicle service center is here. Comfortable service reception area, reasonable waiting times. Most importantly good attitudes. When first entering had to ask someone with overalls with advice on where to park the vehicle for service - was kindly indicated the place. At the service reception the person behind the counter and SA were both friendly and approachable. SA listened attentively, and together with capable and involved technicians took action on error codes. Got my vehicle serviced with a faulty part replaced on warranty without issue. This is the clear choice versus the one at Ubi.
