Had my bike on consignment. Sold within weeks. Payment received promptly without any issues. I could have sold my bike on Carousell but decided to go with CycleLabs to handle the paperwork and ensure everything was well documented. It was an expensive bike, and I certainly made the right decision to go to a well-established shop for them to handle this fuss-free transaction.
Well recommended. Kudos to the people at CycleLabs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the shop to check the creaky sound of my bike, they suggested me the full service instead of doing any pre-check and analysis. Then I asked them about shortening the extra fork tube, they suggested me the full service again. Btw, my bike is just two weeks old and the full service is 200 SGD. I visited the shop just because they are nearby my home.
The attitude is good but just that the service they provide is not that flexible. Probably they are rated good for selling not the mechanic work.

Staff was friendly & informative .
Shop was clean and full of pretty cool bikes.
Did a full servicing of my bike and got it back the 5th day despite staff sounding it out to me the down time was 5-9 days .
Would definitely recommend !
