We had customised our jersey in 2017 and still going strong till now which is a testament to the quality. Recently bought a ladies bike shorts and the seams started to give way after 3 rides. I handwash it so I was quite surprised & disappointed this happened. Hence I feedback to Janessa and without hesitation, she offered to have it repaired within a week. She also assured me that if the issue occured again, I could exchange for a brand new shorts. Kudos on their great customer recovery & maintaining customer satisfaction ?? #supportlocal

I got good recommendation to their products which would suit my needs for my rides. Had to try a couple of cycling bibs to suit my comfortability. Had an exchange of helmet size to fit my head perfectly. Those who are looking for great deals, do check their instagram and website regularly as there are frequent promotions on their products. The sales person introduced me the Asian Fit and immediately I felt the difference. In the end, my wife also bought a helmet. Highly recommend place to get your cycling accessories.

Waited 10minutes till 5:40pm and then decided to take a picture as evidence. Took them a very long while to answer the phone. When the guy answered the call, he said he just left the shop. WTH…. For the past 10minutes I see no one in the shop already. This is the worst kind of customer service you can get. If don’t want to operate a shop, then might as well close it down and online shopping.

I would personally give her a thumbs up for her services and advise throughout the buying process. She know the products well and not pushy at all. She patiently recommend the items based on your requirement and give you plenty of time to consider your selection. By far the top notch services I ever experienced in a bike shop.
