Guy didnt know how to service a Zizzo Campo. So he ended up dissing the bike. The length of handlebar has nothing to do with the mechanics of the bike. Disappointing

Very friendly boss and knowledgeable on the bikes - plus willing to share more on how the bike works and how to improve it. Came by here because I saw they have many fnhon models and got my kickstand fast! Thank you!

Elderly gentlemen was unhelpful at best. Took one look at my bike and said "We don't fix this" and walked away before I even said what my problem was.

Very unfriendly and rude. Explained the issue with my bicycle and the two uncles were really disgruntled while fixing it. Initially I brushed off their behaviour and asked for other bike add-ons, only to realise that they were severely overcharging me for a bike seat and red tail light. Changed my mind about the add-ons and they were EXTREMELY unhappy, telling me off and intimidating me further with their harsh tone. They eventually chilled a little bit when I almost started crying in the shop because I was really scared and felt very cornered. Still had to pay $135 for the whole nightmarish experience. I don't usually go out of my way to leave negative reviews, but seriously please take your bicycle elsewhere if you want friendlier service at more reasonable prices. Edit: Absolutely agree with the other reviews on preferential treatment – noticed that the uncles were much, much friendlier to two other customers, whereas they barely acknowledged/ignored two customers that dropped by briefly. Edit 2: Brought my bike out for a ride this morning and found that the issue with my bike is still there. Oh well. If you do go to this shop, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Bad customer service went there to pump my bike and didnt know how to do it. The old uncle didnt help me out although i asked him and just sat there playing his music

Read some comments that they are technically not strong. Utter nonsense! Melvin designed his own racing hub with a patent. Built a community of serious riders - team Garcia. The only team with a support vehicle at tour de Bintan. Look, reasonable customers always get the best. The shop is just opposite my place and has become my frequent hangout. When I see new faces, I asked them where they stay. I've met many who came from the north, east and west all the way to Bishan to do business w him. Not calculative at all and very knowledgeable.

Very friendly and knowledgeable boss. Melvin explained to me the type of customized bikes they assemble for serious riders. It was out of my budget but still an eye opener for me.
