I'm not well-versed in bicycles, but Gerald is! He also came greatly recommended by friends and family who ride. It's assuring to have my old roadie fixed up by someone so knowledgeable and with such great pride in his work too!

Had my bike sit in the balcony for over 7 years. There were rust everywhere, dirt and grime all over the frame, gears sets were not aligned; basically a mess. I have been to many other bike shops and my experiences with them had been less than satisfactory, once the chains were not even secured properly and it snapped during the ride. So i had to look around for a new bike shop when I chanced upon this shop online, the google review looks satisfactory. Hence, I decided to trust my worn out bike to this shop. The servicing took about a week, and the work done on my bike surprised me, the bike looked sparkling new. I just had my first ride today and it felt like I was a riding a NEW bike! I definitely will return to this shop and recommend people to give this shop a try. The cost for the overhaul was a tad steep but I got what i paid for, a safe and worry-free ride

My bike just got serviced by Gerald. He is polite and responsive despite his very busy schedule. My bike is nicely serviced and most of the problems are gone. (Those problems that stays are those I didn't pay him to fix!) I recommend his workshop for your bike.

Gerald attended to me cause my back tire inner tube blew last week The price was $15 which i felt was very reasonable He seemed very saavy and knowledgeable and i felt comfortable at his store Will recommend to people who stay near serangoon yck and even upper paya lebar as his store is in between all of those areas

Gerald is a real pro about bikes and knows his stuff. Did a thorough job repairing our bikes and at a v reasonable price too. Highly recommend this shop for all bikers??

Shop owners truly passionate about their work and excellent customer service. Got two bikes serviced at a low and affordable cost and bikes came back really good and problems all fixed. Approachable and honest owners that will tell you if your bike is worth fixing. Will definitely come here again to service bikes again.

Went there to ask Gerald for help to repair my puncture tire. But he rejected me because he is servicing another bike. Asked me to go to another shop at Hougang for repairs. This is a wasted trip. ? Not helpful at all.
