We had dropped by at the shop a few times and had always been served by Angel. She has exhibited professionalism in her service since day 1 which left us with no room for negative feedback till now. Commendable working attitude and have enjoyed the process of liaising with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, we were a bit hesitant to get in because the shop looks posh. We were greeted by a sales lady called Sandra. She was very patient and dedicated when she listened to my parents' concern. Excellent customer service with good products knowledge. She works within our budget and never upsells. Prices are very affordable too. They show great teamwork as Angel is also forthcoming in supporting like testing of lights.
Highly recommend it to everyone!

Especially when im not too sure of what I was looking for, staff angel was very patient to help me out on my questions even when I took a long time to consider and decide. Quality is superb and customer service is great too. dsol even had a lighting consultant Sandra who saw thru the installation process in dust to make sure that it was in term of setting, length of the chandelier and mode was what we wanted. Although the price is slightly premium, I couldn’t find the same product on even like Taobao. Plus for us owners who didn’t have the time and experience with high ceiling lightings, it was a painless process. Thank you very much dsol !
