Enjoyed the brown sugar milk tea here. Pearls were delicate & sweet.

I fell in love with the place the first time I went there, the female staff was very nice and friendly. I frequent this place and buy a drink every week. I love the beverages and atmosphere there. However, it seems that she has left, and the new male staff is very rude and unfriendly. When I was placing my order, I said "brown milk tea" and he raised his hands and shrugged. Often seen in the back using his phone, and impatient when asked questions. Feel like for a price this steep, proper customer service should be a must. Didn't want to leave a bad review, but I feel like this shop should not be losing customers because of one bad employee.

The yoghurt mango choice is good . Love the cute cups . Otherwise the other drinks are really ordinary. Only 3 seats so if you are lucky, you get the get quite a enjoyable view with high chairs.

OVERALL: Good milk tea, I would buy from them again and try other drinks. See * below MORE DETAILED BREAKDOWN: Decent bubble tea, I’ve only tried their “ Authentic Bubble Tea “. Medium is $3.30 Large is $3.60 I got a cup at 50% sugar and it was a perfect level of sweetness (comparable to around 30% at Koi). The taste of the milk tea was pretty decent and not too strong, a little bit on the light side. Based on the price and the taste I’d definitely get this over Koi. The aesthetic of the cup is also pretty good and really matches the design of their stall as well. Also, from the menu I saw a few more unique drinks such as a sort of mango smoothie and cheese-drinks. *for the picture with the drink, I requested no ice, this is the full drink untouched. Picture was taken at an angle but the cup was nearly full. Take note that top of the cup is sealed (black part) and therefore the outer plastic cover (the thing with the bunny ears design) is just an aesthetic, so the drink isn’t meant to be filled all the way up.

Ordered Golden Green Milk Tea which was rich and delicious. The tea is very fragrant. At 8pm normal milk tea is sold out. This tea reminds me of something I drank at Taiwan, XiMenDing. 2nd time I went, I got my milk tea at Scott 7.40pm. Customers who came at 8pm were told no more milk tea. Tea is served in cute cup!!! The other cheesy items with burnt sugar are very very rich and are real flavour-bombed sugar treats!!

The signature drink, Roasted Brown Sugar Pearl Milk, is one of the best brown sugar pearl drinks I've tried in Singapore. I like its silky milk. The place decoration and ambience is cosy as well. Actually the place can deserve 5 star if the male staff could be more friendly and welcoming.

First time trying 熊黑堂 Roasted brown sugar pearl fresh milk.. Not bad.. 佷浓。。佷香。。 Next time can try other drinks..

Passed by with the TV screen off, I thought the outlet was closed until I looked into the kitchen and saw one staff sitting down playing his phone. My drink took around 10mins to prepare. Although the yogurt is nice, the avocado was not fresh, some of the bits look brown/black from the cup.
