And in these 30 minutes, I noticed many others standing and waiting as well.
Why don't they tell customers that the wait is long?
Terrible.

We had:
- OmniMeat Signature Vegetarian porridge
Love the texture and taste of the porridge ?
- Vegetarian Bak Kut Teh with Rice
This dish is like Kway Chap to me though ?
They have a few outlets around Singapore, swiped to the last photo and see where are the outlets ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Grab food today and it indicated the food will be ready for collection at 1835hrs. Arrived at 1835hrs and the staff told me it is not ready as it is in the midst of preparation.
Went to ask again at 1915hrs, the staff told me the food was already prepared before 1835hrs and it may be taken by other people. Gave me the comment that it is not their fault and I should blame on my luck. The staff proceeded to reprint and told me wait all over again and cheekily told me I may have to wait another hour for it. If i got issue, i have to feedback to Grabfood instead.
I told them no thanks to your food. I will never patronise your stall ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wide variety of dishes here. ordered the new Omni Meat Chowder Soup and Pork Cutlet Curry Rice but a little disappointed as the soup is too thick starchy & gluey, had chunks of undissolved starch inside and taste almost just like instant Campbell soup. Curry Rice is average, Japanese curry type. Will try other dishes the next time.

-2/5 stars due to the super rude staff, especially this lady who works there. Ask for more chilli also blame me for not informing her first. Who’d have known that the portion of chillies would be little?
