★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating on poorly managed reception and queue by counter staff. Arrived at clinic at 3pm for a walk in consultation on 25 November 2020 to an empty unmanaged counter and clinic. Waited for about 10 minutes before both staff returned looking surprised at me. Registered and expected to be attended next since there wasn't anyone. Another customer walked in next shortly after I registered and heard the staff informing her to be on time since her appointment is at 3pm. The doctor returned to the clinic shortly and expected to be called but instead the patient after me, was called in instead as she had an appointment even though she was more than 10 minutes late. A hardly platable reasoning and unpleasant experience.
