β β β β β the branch is exactly at the center of clementi market compound and easy to reach by public transports. the only drawback is that the office is rather small so if it is crowded you have to wait outside.

β β β β β Had a terribly harrowing experience today that POSB has yet to resolve. Went to a deposit machine with 200 50 dollar bills, which is fairly common based on my account history. The deposit machine accepted 4950 worth, so 99 bills, and then when I persisted in depositing the remainder, shut down on me and returned an unsuccessful transaction notice. With nothing more than a single receipt indicating that the deposit went through in hand, I had to call their customer service department and was told I would have to wait 5 days for their investigation department to get back to me. Is this really the bank you want to bank with? Is this what they mean by being 'neighbors first'?

β β β β β Clementi branch is always crowded, sometimes need to wait as long as over 1 hour. Try to avoid the peak hours or beginning & end of the month. The customer service officers at the door were not very friendly, all 3 of them gloomy face. Many elderly queueing outside, no chair was provided for them to rest. This is the kind of service provided by our National bank :(

β β β β β Today went with my sister to make banking transaction. As my sister was not feeling well, the service ambassadors at the door were very kind to offer a seat for her with a special queue no. This has saved all the hassle & my sister was able to complete the transactions fast & return home with a good rest. Would like to specially mention staff Kwee Kien. She was friendly, customer oriented & very understanding. Keep it up!

β β β β β The most popular bank in Clementi as you always see long queues into the bank. They have at least 5 ATMs and inside you have more. They have at least 2 self automated machine for deposits and withdrawals that you can use after bank operating hours. They used to have 2 outlets in clementi central - 1 DBS and 1 POSB but have merged to this outlet. They even have a second level for relationship managers to meet clients. Very convenient and just next to clementi hawker centre and a 5 mins walk from Clementi MRT station and bus interchange.
