Everything his said can not....what is the purpose his is seating at the counter...
What we aspects is the solution or alternative on my enquiry....
This is the first time I meet up such a horrible bank staff

β β β β β Takes longer now with circuit breaker queue restrictions but the staff are very hardworking and I notice they go out of their way to be kind and helpful to their elderly customers. Once you get in, they are generally very efficient.

β β β β β Went down with the intention to open an account with Maybank. It was about 12:30 pm, although operating hours stated was 11am to 7pm, the main door was locked. They could have placed a closed or βout for lunchβ sign on the doorβ¦..and there were other customers in it too :(
