Great location and really helpful staff to help you guide what you need. Though most of their function is really online these days, it is still nice to go to the bank once in a while.

Horrible service. My mum visited a few days ago. Staff at the queue machine at entrance couldnโ€™t speak mandarin and mumโ€™s English is not fluent so the staff went in to enquire. Mum followed her in and was rudely yelled at by counter staff. After my mum retreated out, the security guard even came out to scold her. Lastly, was told they will get a financial person to call back but it has been days and when we call the person back at the number provided, our calls were quickly rejected after one ring.

I had questions about opening an account but the staff manning the queue system insisted we had to fill it in online ourselves despite website mentioned we can open the account at a branch. He did help me to fill in the forms on my phone but I had to scan my personal documents in front of everyone walking to the queue. Standing there filling the details. Thereโ€™s zero respect of privacy and plain arrogance from DBS.

Terrible service The DBS officer in charge of our business account told us to go to any DBS branch to verify a signature for a business document. We were told we have to wait for one hour. After half an hour we were again told that the wait will be an hour. So we could be waiting for one an a half hour. All for verifying a signature.
